03/5/2017 17:14 | Less than 12hours to a much anticipated RNS .. or maybe 36hrs .. IMHO So anyone willing to attempt a valuation based on current assets incl circle, back payments, current production, SDx-1 gas , SDx oil ( with assumptions for share price value e.g. 50Mmboe @@55$pb gives xPence uplift) ? I have this very high set of valuations: Valuation: 70p to £1 to £1.50 (oil) with poo at 55-60$ and gas at $9 per mcf and costing them only $1 per mcf. 1bn sale @ 25kboepd => £5 With gas maybe worth 90-100p With oil maybe worth ?? 1.20-1.50? Cantor say 78p and Malcy says £1 | oilandgas1

03/5/2017 17:10 | What "extra time"? Drilling started on March 20th | thegreatgeraldo
03/5/2017 17:05 | Tidy good point... I can't vouch this is a word for word quote but PW said the drill would take 30 to 45 days "depending on what we find". So unless there were unanticipated technical problems with the drill the extra time (13 or 14 days now) would lead to the conclusion that the extra time is indeed due to "what we found." Either way we will know soon and the Company is already significantly undervalued in comparison with others in the sector after the gas find and all the other numerous pluses that are attached to the stock. | nick2412

03/5/2017 16:46 | It's worth remembering the successful outcome of this drill is not based on the lower levels havin oil as the main Gas target is already a major success. Flows on this will be carried out following rig removal. If there is oil then logs will taken and this would take longer before they can remove the rig and then start testing etc. The longer time now suggests logs of the oil layers are being obtained. If there was no oil they wouldn't require logging and hence the full 45 days. We would have heard by now and the rig would be dismantled ready to test the gas flows. Looking good imo. | tidy 2
03/5/2017 16:38 | “I am optimistic about our ability to deliver for our shareholders and also in the deeper sections of this well and look forward to reporting on our results in due course." | neo26
03/5/2017 16:07 | "Irrespective of whether we have further success at SD-1X in the deeper horizon, this gas discovery and the ongoing development and facilities upgrades across our asset portfolio mean that we remain on track to build our production profile and maximise the value from our producing, development and exploration asset base," he said."I am optimistic about our ability to deliver for our shareholders and also in the deeper sections of this well and look forward to reporting on our results in due course." | tidy 2
03/5/2017 15:55 | van Got a pal in California who has been farming it for over 2 years. His biggest problem is security:) Last time I spoke to him he was about to buy some plant (sic) to start producing drinks. | captain james t kirk
03/5/2017 15:49 | VanWhere do you find info on Canadian stocks and research? | neo26
03/5/2017 15:38 | Very similar pattern on trades to when gas was discovered more buyers than sellers but the share price went lower maybe this time its oil !!!! | borg45
03/5/2017 15:32 | agreed ziblot - that is exactly what he wants. | deltrotter
03/5/2017 15:27 | Don't know why anyone takes notice? | ziblot
03/5/2017 15:27 | There was no sensitivity in my post. Looking at the first page of your history you seem to favour shorts and short term in SDX, shorting could be a strategy that shows a positive return. However, if they do strike oil in SDX 1 you will end up with a bloody nose. If you are long, you will soon realise the benefits I posted earlier, irrespective of the drill results. Heads you win, tails you win. | captain james t kirk
03/5/2017 15:26 | We are all in it to make money, just be man enough to let us know when u place your short.Lolol | neo26
03/5/2017 15:18 | Seems like shorting SDX was a sensitive subject. I better look into it more. | lowflow
03/5/2017 15:02 | Showing some nice resilience, but then again why not. We all know that if it wasn't for the uncertainty and nervousness on the oil drill this would be trading in the 70s or 80s. | soulsauce
03/5/2017 14:59 | judging by the response time from sdx, I sense news is very very close.. | neo26
03/5/2017 14:56 | Very useful site vanm.... | deltrotter

03/5/2017 14:37 | On opening on the TSX drop of 3 cents to 1.09 CAD. IMO there are a lot of penny traders here. | vanmorrison60 |
