03/6/2020 10:57 | I've recorded the call if anyone wants to listen. The first set of questions that are answered are from myself but they weren't recorded. I've included them below so you know what he is answering; Q1. Will/is SDX consider/ing alternative methods to increase sales in Morocco such as selling gas in to the large bottled gas market? For example by building their own bottling facility or selling gas to others who would bottle it for sale. Failing options like the aforementioned, how is SDX going to increase sales in Morocco? A1 (summarised) - Yes, they are looking at alternative methods to sell the gas they have outside of their pipeline. They think the least likely option is selling in to the bottled gas market but did say there were other options available. Didn't say what they were. Q2. Will SDX look to reacquire the recently relinquished disposed of Southern area of the South Disouq concession? If not, why not? A2 (summarised) - No one has taken the concession yet and SDX will continue to evaluate whether they think it is worth re-entering. Q3. Can you offer any comment on why your partner IPR in South Disouq declined to participate in the recent successful drill at Sobhi? Will they be participating in any future drills? How will you drill Young without them? Is there scope to get another partner if IPR no longer participate in any more drills? A3 (summarised) - partner is not financially distressed, held a different view to SDX on Sobhi and thought it was very similar or similar enough to failed Salah prospect so elected to not participate. Think we can assume they will participate in further drilling and may well elect to back-in to Sobhi. hxxps://u.pcloud.lin | ![]() shakeypremis

29/5/2020 13:32 | Looking very strong here today! Expect a push towards the 22-23 mark | ![]() nasnas1
21/5/2020 18:22 | Value will out sooner or later. Once the business reports significant cashflows in official financial statements the market has to and will take notice. With the market cap moving accordingly. I think SDX historically have over promised and under delivered (previous management) so the financial audience will need proof of earnings and cashflows. Another slight issue has been historically most cashflows have been used within the business on capex and keeping production stable. With South Disouq we should have a gamer changer - significantly higher earnings and cashflows. Target price 30p within 12 month. | ![]() haywards26
21/5/2020 13:48 | One way or another they need to articulate how they intend to generate value for shareholders given that their success rate with the drill bit is off the chart. | ![]() ride daice
21/5/2020 13:37 | Dividends might do it. I think they are preparing the ground for dividends at some stage. | ![]() shakeypremis
21/5/2020 12:35 | agreed - hence I stay invested - but not many will buy a fresh. most shares are in strong hands - not much buying would impact the share price - but the mannagement would have to offersomething more- not more of the same imho | ![]() kaos3
21/5/2020 12:22 | I would buy and hold because this is a very safe company (as far as oil and gas goes). There is great potential for upside appreciation someday when the market finally decides to pay attention. So you get fairly limited downside with quite massive upside. That is really the investment case. When there is half the company market cap in cash on the balance sheet or more with the ability to generate the entire market cap in cash shortly thereafter, maybe someone will take notice or SDX will use the cash to perform a value adding acquisition. I had a concern that there were no more prospects in South Disouq after SD12X (given Young doesn't appear that it will be drilled any time soon). The recent RNS states SD12X has de-risked a number of nearby prospects which is great news. Success in any more wells could increase the reserve life further or perhaps even allow SDX to ramp up production from 50mmscf/d. Both possibilities will be cash generative for SDX. | ![]() shakeypremis
21/5/2020 11:38 | can not see a big catalyst to change the valuation ?? why would one buy and hold - for value reasons - if value does not get realised in the SP just poping holes on the border outsteps and tie ins will not do much. so many holes, names my mind blocks it all. with relatively low daily production - how many total wells are producing atm? | ![]() kaos3

20/5/2020 07:57 | "Following the drilling campaigns at South Disouq and Morocco, SDX has incurred the majority of its planned capex for 2020." This is good news as the cash should presumably increase substantially for the rest of the year. | ![]() rettah
