10/12/2019 07:05 | Big news. That is $14m in revenue from SD for 2020 without any further drilling. | brasso3
09/12/2019 22:55 | why are you still here? for exactly the same reason you and everybody else are here. To make money. | tournesol
09/12/2019 17:23 | Tournesol, maybe it is hubris. Time will tell. But there are lot of moneyed interests not selling shares here and instead are buying more. Also, why are you still here? You don't really add anything anymore other than snide remarks. | shakeypremis
09/12/2019 16:45 | shakeypremis ...just shares transferring from the weak and fearful to the strong and patient.. I guess you class yourself in the second group? The word you're looking for is hubris. | tournesol
09/12/2019 11:53 | glad i dumped this dog... shorting AIM is the only way to make money.. sad but true.. too many bad management teams and crooked advisers, overseen by a regulator with as much clout as a feather... | pjj71
09/12/2019 09:35 | Looks like another 555,000 SDX shares (0.27% of the company) have been bought up in the recent past. They've gone to Teviot Partners in their VT Teviot UK Smaller Companies Net Acc fund. hxxps://www.mornings Nothing to see here, just shares transferring from the weak and fearful to the strong and patient. | shakeypremis

22/11/2019 12:24 | Indeed trading is odd.Market seems happy taking stock perhaps shipping it elsewhere i.e there is a buyer on the other side perhaps. | value viper
22/11/2019 12:17 | Value Viper, I wouldn't suggest any one in particular wants out. This type of price action has been going on here for as long as I can remember and the larger holders (as per October 2019) had all either sat on their hands or INCREASED their holdings in SDX. It's very weird. | shakeypremis
22/11/2019 12:04 | Sell after sell after sell what I can seeI tad perplexed - the co is healthy and back on track if we can believe the update Despite selling, price holding relatively wellI wonder though who seems to want out | value viper
22/11/2019 11:52 | Results have certainly sparked interest today!! Zzzzzzzzz..... At least South Disouq seems to be going to plan.... | thegreatgeraldo
22/11/2019 07:36 | exerts: On 7 November 2019, first gas was achieved from the South Disouq gas field in Egypt (SDX: 55% working interest and operator) with production increasing ahead of expectations from c.24 MMscfe/d to c.35 MMscfe/d in the first two weeks of operations. Mark Reid, CEO of SDX, commented: "Achieving first gas at South Disouq earlier this month was a major milestone for SDX and it is anticipated to have a material impact on the Company's cash generation going forward. Furthermore, we are pleased with the performance of the wells and the facility in the first two weeks of operation and this has resulted in a rate of production increase that has exceeded our expectations. Notwithstanding this accomplishment, we remain focused on the delivery of our other two medium-term strategic objectives of executing an efficient and successful 12-well drilling campaign in Morocco and progressing our planned exploration drilling campaign in South Disouq in 2020. We are also pleased to report that production and capex from our operations continue to be within our guided ranges and our cashflow generation, liquidity position, and balance sheet remain strong and continue to provide us with the necessary funding to pursue these remaining two medium-term strategic objectives. With the planned ramp-up of production in South Disouq to 50 MMscfe/d in Q1 2020, together with the drilling campaigns in Morocco and South Disouq, the remainder of 2019 and 2020 will be a very busy and exciting period for SDX and we look forward to providing the market with further updates in due course." | kalkaar
20/11/2019 10:47 | Finding out Waha were behind MEA Energy removed a lot of doubts I had about SDX. Waha appear to be here for the long haul and want to build a dividend paying O&G company operating across North Africa and who knows where else. | shakeypremis
20/11/2019 10:33 | Yep, they kicked out the old CEO Michael Raynes earlier this year at the same time Squelcho was kicked out. Those two were clearly misleading Waha about SDX's progress. | shakeypremis
20/11/2019 10:30 | OK , cheers!!! Nothing sinister, obv, as they've just got a non-exec on board | thegreatgeraldo
20/11/2019 10:29 | TGG, wow you really have been dozing. Waha were the entity behind the old MEA Energy (now called SDX SPV Ltd) last year some time I think. They've been invested in SDX since nearly the beginning I believe. | shakeypremis
20/11/2019 10:24 | I've been dozing at the back .....where did Waha pop up from & when did they pick up nearly 20% of the company? ! | thegreatgeraldo
20/11/2019 10:12 | Quite possibly. Although the volumes sold will be higher. It could also be that SDX continues to supply the internal market while some of this other gas goes for export. Who knows. I just find the location of the whole thing interesting. | shakeypremis
20/11/2019 09:59 | shakey- what you posted - will it not result in decreasing the average gas selling price possibility in Morocco ? more gas available from more and more sources. new huge Morocco off shore gas fields coming on stream. also from neighbours | kaos3 |
