Come on then PROVEN LIAR , Talk me through your 300% profit

“Sabzahmed, I doubt that anything said on this bb is going to affect the share price. Scotgold have achieved that by themselves. It will be no consolation to you but I also topped up, at 0.6p, when the company restructured to wipe out its debt. We may still hope to be rewarded if/when the mine gets built but the apparently dire performance of the BPT against target makes it look like more dilution, or more debt to NLR, will be needed in the short term. That being so, it's not easy to try to judge when the bottom has been reached.I would like to be proved wrong but I am forecasting another fundraising within the next 2-3 weeks.” (10/26/2016)

Not only is your 300% profit a LIE but your 2-3 weeks fund raise is how many weeks out or would you prefer we measured your inaccuracies in months or shall we use years! Almost about as good as replacing our CEO who made you 300% profit( claimed only not proven ) with a guy who has to date destroyed shareholder value for his company .

You are indeed the best at lying , indeed you have made living out of fleecing the gullible that believe your lies.

Here is another example of you being you:

“Samson, you seem to be a decent/honest/coherent chap -- with all the concerns of a genuine shareholder. Moves are afoot. If you would like me to send you some confidential information, please post a throwaway email address.” (03/25/2017)

False claims of having confidential information and encouraging another BB user to break the LSE rules.

The fact that you're a PROVEN LIAR is not confidential information , lol

Your lies get bigger and bigger with each post , fair play to you though that is one hell of an achievement. Come on then old chap prove me wrong , take me to court , do your best but just remember that Court requires facts and that's the one thing your posts always lack . Alternatively you could always back up your claims , there's another wee problem for you , in all your days you ain't ever backed anything up have you. Liars can't , they work on deflection and avoidance of facts and the truth .

All of my trades in this stock have been openly declared. And all of my posts have been 100% honest and honourable. Impartial observers can see through you and your fake news rants. But as long as the same handful of sycophants keep ticking you up, you don't care. One day you and they will look back and realise where you all went wrong.

Whatever fate befalls you, I will be enjoying a very happy christmas having taken advantage of the false spike in the share price - ironically thanks to you and your two-bit cronies.

And unlike you, I will be sleeping the sound sleep that comes to those with a clear conscience.

But I won't abandon you. I'll keep dropping by to tell you "I told you so".

Thanks for making my day.

Pot, kettle , black ,my old lying friend :
Yet another one of your lies :

“Looks like turkeys are being asked to vote for Xmas. Surely NLR and associates are looking to grab the asset/security at the first opportunity? That's assuming the bank agrees to an extension - which they haven't yet done so they could theoretically foreclose on Monday.Even assuming that the bank plays ball and the NLR deal is voted through, how can SGZ raise funds for any sort of production when Marketco already have an option on 100% of the production? What's left to base an offtake deal on?And where's the new feasibility study? How can they be forecasting production from this month? Why no comment or discussion today? Is it shock?” (6/27/2014)

MarketCo have an option to purchase approx.25% of our production not 100% as you yet again falsely claim . That's a matter of record old chap man

On the subject of you lying , here is another of your lies :

“Just to bang the corporate governance drum one last time for this evening, I'm confused as to how the directors were able to take up their entitlement in the Non-renounceable Rights Issue, as announced in the "Change of directors interest" RNS's dated 1 December 2014.According to Schedule 3, paragraph (l) on page 27 of the NOTICE OF GENERAL MEETING AND EXPLANATORY MEMORANDUM issued on 30 July 2014: "Optionholders will not be entitled to participate in new issues of capital offered to Shareholders during the currency of the Options".So, the options were current and yet the directors who were optionholders did participate in the Rights Issue, despite apparently being barred from so doing.Hopefully someone will tell me if I have got this wrong.” (09/14/2016)

The Directors were entitled (and indeed expected) to participate in the Rights Issue by virtue of their shareholding

On the subject of you lying , here is another of your lies :

And while on the options topic, I note from the 3/4/2016 RNS that NLR sold 20,593,750 unexercised options for 0.01p each, fractionally before the expiry date of 31/3/2016, including 1m to the CEO. Presumably these sold-on options were exercised instantly (otherwise why bother?) but AFAICT there has been no RNS to that effect, nor any holdings RNS to increase the CEO's holding by these 1m presumed-exercised shares. It's a little strange.” (09/14/2016)
The appropriate RNS was released and is a matter of record.

You were the very man telling everyone not to touch this while buying up as much as you could , your 300% claim of profit says it all . Your failure to ever show your face says it all. You are a liar and a coward and a thief , the low of the low and your son is worse than you . Take that on board keyboard coward ! All facts , go on prove me wrong !

Only one of us tells lies in order to profit from others. You're the trickster who assured us all that all the gold from Cononish would be sold as scottish gold at a premium.

As I keep pointing out, that was only the worst of your lies.

Try sticking to the facts, son. We're talking about other people's hard-earned cash. Just because they may have less than you doesn't give you the right to take it from them.

I know you could never believe I would be exposing the lies while also potentially benefiting from them as a shareholder. That's a quality you know nothing about: integrity.

But at least I got out with a decent profit, even if I did have to wait years for it. Let's hope you don't come unstuck - even if it would be poetic justice. Because I do care about the majority of shareholders who don't pollute the forums with misleading pumps and vitriolic attacks on anyone who exposes them. For their sake, I hope you get your money back, diluted though you will certainly be.

The important thing to remember with the hapless Gray & Co is that any illusion of wealth is brief and temporary. I'm surprised we're getting half a chance to sell the option shares at a profit, given how quickly the BPT gold pour placing was dropped on us. Leopards don't change their spots.

I said I had decided to sell, not that I had sold.

But come to think of it, I reckon there could be a few million option shares flipped over the next couple of weeks so maybe it would be smart to get rid ahead of the herd.

And, as you know, I'm expecting another dilutive fund-raising event soon too so all things considered, it's goodnight from him.

It will be a happy xmas here.

My option shares finally got credited to my accounts today. Hold or sell? A quick 75% profit looks appealing. But the pumpers are touting many multiples of that…

If only Scotgold hadn't tried to quietly slip out that $16m exploration dilution overhang which could delay profits for years…

If only we had some nuggets to shout about.

If only we were due to hit the decent grades in 2020.

If only those new outbuildings looked likely to be built in time for the plant to be assembled and tested and commissioned in time for gold to be produced by Q1.

If only we had a capable and trustworthy CEO.

If only…

I've talked myself into it. It's a sell.

Delighted to have banked my profits over the past few weeks and I'm not greedy. So I hope y'all get lucky too.

I'll keep an eye on this here for you though.

I see wee Graham posting more misleading stuff in the other place.

The $16m exploration commitment in the annual report isn't all to be expended before Christmas - as I'm sure he knows.

The 2019 commitment is for $5.9m with a further $2.5m approx due in 2020 and the balance of $7.5m approx due in 2021-2023.

The lads seem to be running scared on this with Rockhead posting complete nonsense last night about this $16m exploration cost having previously been expensed in Cononish mine costs - which was ticked up by everyone and his dog!

For clarity, the $16m exploration commitment is a 3000% increase on the $440k exploration commitment detailed in the 2018 annual report for a larger area of land (including France and Portugal licences).

The chances of him asking the right question at the AGM and getting the right answer are somewhere between slim and none since everyone seems to prefer a cover-up.

Did someone say a few days ago that Duck posts under the avatar SHYLOCK on LSE, 'cos that would explain a lot to me!
