The timing of distributions to shareholders will be dependent on receipts in respect of contingent payments due to the Company. Further guidance on distributions will be provided to shareholders in due course but is likely to be several years away unfortunately.



The total distribution per share is estimated to be in the region 1.1 pence per share. Payments will be issued to you in due course by the Company Registrar, Share Registrars. You should continue to contact Share Registrars should you have any queries is respect of payments or shareholdings.

Just a reminder to make sure you vote for the MVL as the deadline for doing so is
5 July 2024 per ii.

Best thing to do is to vote today while your remember as it is so easy to put it off until another day and then you forget to vote!
