13/1/2015 12:12 | Twas the same yesterday after the sell. Not sure whether there really is a delay or whether we are all being too eager. If a delay then are they waiting for something? these are the Interims so am I right in thinking, they need to be with us by month end and don't need an Auditor to sign them off? | troutisout
13/1/2015 12:00 | The share price is not suggesting that fireworks are expected as stock can be bought this morning for "just" 11.01 pence. I cannot resist a few top ups at this level even though a continued delay in the Interms RNS is a bit disconcerting. | mudbath
13/1/2015 09:37 | I'm trying to be restrained, but these guys here are so frustrating, they never commit to a date, they are vague about their intentions, or downright unrealistic, acquisitions, etc, they are in no position to acquire unless they wish to dilute the price further, it seems to to be a co. of declining value, why can they not set a date, unless off course they are having trouble getting their accounts signed off! | bookbroker
09/1/2015 15:47 | bookbroker you need to be a little restrained with your criticism until we see how the results pan out lol. | battlebus2
09/1/2015 15:45 | Next week most likely Monday | hastings
06/1/2015 12:05 | I'm of the opinion that Ken Ford is a fanny merchant, talks as though this co.in a position to make acquisitions, looking at its balance sheet that appears highly unlikely, he needs to deliver a positive result, shareholders deserve better, no more pathetic excuses! | bookbroker
06/1/2015 12:00 | Thanks for the "inside track" hastings. SDI is a stock with immediate capital gain potential in my book battlebus2;for I would be disappointed if both the results and the outlook statement were not encouraging. | mudbath
05/1/2015 15:39 | Yep not bothered as it's a long term hold for me ,just passing comment.. | battlebus2
05/1/2015 15:31 | battlebus, The quoted offer has dropped but you will now have to pay higher for shares than before the downtick, MMs a law unto themselves. | troutisout
05/1/2015 15:28 | Thanks Hastings, mention results and a seller appears and down we go :( | battlebus2
05/1/2015 15:16 | Not as yet, but will be speaking with them on the day of the results. | hastings
05/1/2015 13:43 | Thanks Hastings, Have you got a visit booked in later in the week then? Trout. | troutisout
05/1/2015 13:16 | Results should be out next week, probably Monday. | hastings
02/1/2015 16:42 | Thanks battlebus2. Next Tuesday is my favourite for the RNS. Based on earlier years, the interims are well overdue. | mudbath
02/1/2015 11:10 | Good write up for your competition pick Mudbath, any idea of a results date? | battlebus2
22/12/2014 10:19 | Around now, I don't know why they can't be more specific, investors deserve to be informed! | bookbroker
22/12/2014 09:28 | Have they given a date? If so, where? | gnnmartin
19/12/2014 11:20 | Why this co has to put out results three days before Xmas beyond me, is that necessary or are they hoping if they are no good the market won't notice, Ken Ford sounds like a car salesman or your gardener, hopefully not an uphill one! | bookbroker
08/12/2014 10:10 | Although the SDI share price has edged downwards this morning the MMs are actually and unusually bidding for stock today.I could therefore envisage the fall shortly being reversed as a precursor to increasing interest taking the price higher in the run up to the release of the interim results. | mudbath
26/11/2014 11:10 | Cheers bookbroker and battlebus2. I think a few people bought in here when they thought that corporate action loomed. It soon transpired that such was not the case and the MMs' are possibly screwing those now wishing to exit. Rainbows btw are not always that brilliant. I made FITB my share of 2014,bought well over a million @ 0.5pence,and sold out with a 100% profit, only to see them multiply another twenty five fold. It gives me grief now every time I read that thread. No,rainbows are not everything. Give me sound fundamentals any day! | mudbath
26/11/2014 10:12 | I agree Mudbath everything points to a better future ahead. | battlebus2
26/11/2014 10:02 | You are in pessimistic mode bookbroker. The rainbow that you chase will only show itself when the sun comes out. SDI has all the accoutrements of a sound investment imo. The market illiquidity renders SDI shares very prone to either being becalmed for long periods or the subject of fairly dramatic movements in both directions. I researched the full spectrum of this company in some depth and have every confidence that it is about to enter a period of profitable growth. You pays your money..... | mudbath
25/11/2014 21:54 | Best to leave the announcements to the co. itself in future, let them do the talking, the biggest downside of this thread is that every poster thinks he knows more than the market, I admit myself that I keenly follow many comments on ADVFN., however I found greatly to my wealth this year that investors are rarely ahead of the game, most of the time the horse has already bolted! I'm inclined to try and find something more rewarding against chasing stockmarket rainbows, got to admit I was better off twenty five years ago than I am now, probably trying too hard to find that eureka moment. Still BB2 I would like to see SDI come out with some good news next time around, but becoming increasingly sceptical on current trends. I just hope that here in this co. that we don't just have another spin doctor running the show, there are now too many to count in the annals of AIM directors! | bookbroker |
