I'd like to add, that if you hold any amount of shares that are not in a ISA wrapper, you cannot transfer them into your ISA. You must sell the shares and then buy them back under your ISA account. Well at least that what I've got to do with Lloyds but probably another scam for a dealing charge, they do let you buy them back for same price of sale though which is very charitable of them

Going by the number of buys so far one can assume there was nothing in Goodfellow's presentation to get excited about in the near future. Although he is yet to admit it and states everything is on track I bet there is no way the combi trial will start this year.

Timbo-Botski, thank you .One or two interesting titbits, sounds like the audience may have been a rich source of candidates for the SCIB2 trial!Look forward to your notes later.

Well, I HAVE listened to the interview a couple of times -
An IMPORTANT item = is the DATE of said interview == 12th MAY 2017
R G states that 'the reason to dilute by 20%... EXCLUDE existing shareholders ... AND offer IIs a discounted price = inorder to "TOP UP THE TANKS " ???
He also says, 'they had recieved a response from the European patent office' ===
"A COUPLE OF MONTHS AGO ".... I. E.= He and the BoD KNEW 'the score' in MARCH ???
How much did this play in those 'negociations' to get 'PREFERED' II investors to 'PICK UP the DISCOUNTED / DILUTING shares' ???
The European patent [ granting} was not released to 'LOWLY P I investors until JUNE 26th ???
.
Some might think R G is in danger of being seen as 'a little backward at coming forward' with KNOWN info - Where existing P I shareholders are concerned. ???
.
In light of R G's 'treatment' towards P Is,, One might ask DILUTED / EXCLUDED 'ordinary shareholders'- in the words of Dirty Harry...." Do you feel HAPPY punk" ???

Thanks Timbo

Sounds like Big Pharma are not interested in Scancell and Goodfellow is looking to more 'innovative' partners further down the food chain.

Not too promising.

A useful meeting last night

Botski (on LSE) made a recording, see link below (I haven't listened to it yet)

Quite a bit of time for Q&As during the session (I asked about the adjuvants) and loads of time afterwards, so I think I covered all the other questions requests.

I am on the train travelling up to some place in the tundra (Runcorn, where's that?) this morning, so will try to compose a few notes on the way up on the train.

Not sure it is a sell - 2nd trade has appeared. Both for 301,844 shares at the same time with 2nd reported trade at marginally higher price.

A 300,000 sell at the bell, someone not bothering to wait a couple of hours to hear what Goodfellow has to say, the man has zero credibility.

There is no requirement to debate someone that is consistently 100% wrong, all you need to do is just wait a few weeks and he proves himself WRONG. Job done ... Its laughable.
The guy is stupid beyond belief.
Theres only one person that listens to, or believes anything that the cretin says, and thats the alter ego that he continually refers to... He's a pathetic excuse for a human being.

Timbo:-

Would be interested if anything is mentioned in relation to the following:-

Were they happy/impressed with the yield achieved on the SCIB1 manufacture and will they be also be using Eurogentec for MODI1 and SCIB2?

What is going on with MODI1? Timeframe for placing order for manufacture?

Sounds like you had an interesting meeting last night on the other stock - look forward to hearing about both of them.

Thanks.

Hi Timbo. Thanks for attending and offering feedback. Will be greatly appreciated by all I am sure.

The burning question has to regard funding. Where is it coming from.? Are there more placings on the way shortly.? Is there any deal with pharmas regarding partnerships on trials.? How will they be funded.? Is there a plan in place to fund the whole amount needed, either over the next year or in instalments over that period.?

Those are the questions we need more clarity on, dureing to rns rules we cannot expect a definite answer but at least an idea of where we are on them. Would be very helpful and good.

Scancell are at the Proactiveinvestor event tonight, so I shall go along to that, ask a few pertinent questions (any requests?) and feedback in due course.

Anyone else planning to attend?

Did i also see that that idiot Ineptico has agreed that there is " risk " here !!!!!!
surely not.. surely the guy that has stated so many times that theres " no risk here " hasn't been proven WRONG yet again ?
It must get very tedious for him to be so wrong ALL OF THE TIME.

What an uneducated clown the amoeba is.

Remains to be seen if there is enough interest to get a placing away at circa current SP, they've struggled in the past and imo nothing as changed hence my forecast of 6-7p with clauses built in on any trade sale.

Imm had a placing at 26p, while the house broker had a target of 180p.Result - the shares double.Nothing imbues confidence more than watching the stale bulls squabbling over on lse. My guess - tranched placings to fund specific programs - next one likely to be @ 10p.
