Tosh nobody agrees with you on your take of Scancell . apart from Loz

and if anybody missed Lozs take on the science

""""including the over-rated 'science' as being the sole aspect to financial success here"""

LOL

maybe you can explain overrated Loz ... and how you came to that definition

and also what other aspect is in play to financial success ?

Boom that backs up exactly what i was discussing with you ......on the LSE

Results are consistent with the hypothesis that Pads are activated within stressed tumor cells leading to generation and presentation of citrullinated epitopes that are recognised by T cells and killed

more you stress, the more expression ....hence the slew to a TH1 cd4* which is pro inflammatory

pity Loz didn't have the brain to follow the light bulb ..

Nappy -
YOUR runaway EGO may have led YOU to believe that YOU are some sort of 'superior in all matters SCLP to ALL others'...including the over-rated 'science' as being the sole aspect to financial success here. BUT, *WE* ALL know that is merely to try to 'establish YOURSELF' as someone to 'follow'. Those who fell for this have ONLY 'followed YOU into LOSSES
Rather than the "Bright Light" YOUR EGO elevates YOU to, there are many many observers of these forums, who would not rely on YOU, think YOU capable, or TRUST YOU to ...

The following link is courtesy of Scrumpy. Looks like Scancell have added another poster to their website:-

"Protein Arginine Deiminase enzymes which citrullinate epitopes for MHC II presentation are independent predictors of survival in colorectal cancer"

The research may have been published last year but think the poster has recently been added to Scancell's website (apologies if I've just missed it).

PADs are enzymes which are responsible for citrullination. The conclusion on the poster is worth reading as it supports the reasoning behind Moditope.

"Patients with tumor that expresses either PadI2 or Cytoplasmic PadI4 have a better prognosis in colorectal cancer. Results are consistent with the hypothesis that Pads are activated within stressed tumor cells leading to generation and presentation of citrullinated epitopes that are recognised by T cells and killed. Tumor growth is controlled by T cells and the patient has a better prognosis."

by classing my post as patronising ... when really the evidence of you supporting poor posts is very clear, example the 7 trials 7 deals posts ... what a fuss you made of that, indeed compared to my replies today it was making Mountains out of molehills..

i will give you another example

the other day you moaned about portfolio investing. Why my policy of investing in scancell should be of concern, i explained why ie understanding of the science and the sheer number of potentials to the pipeline ....your posts actually support exactly what i have been saying. Thus your conflicted but is that because its gets you the chance to a have a dig or ?

the other day you posted this to ONW

SCLPONW12 Oct '17
Usually I either broadly agree or just mildly disagree with your posts but in this case I have completely opposite opinion lol!

Most people would accept that the wider and the deeper the pipeline, the more attractive the company. Indeed, bios. spend vast amounts of time and money trying to achieve just that. Scancell are fortunate and have LD's brilliant innovation but many have to buy in the tech. The reason they do that is to avoid being classed as a one trick pony.

If other bios./pharma want to acquire only one platform of just one product from the platform, it's no problem, the deal will simply be structured accordingly. I happens day in and day out.

You think that having 2 platforms is a potential issue where as I think it

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Now for sure you cannot dispute that i have more than just investor knowledge in my understanding of the science.

Your also aware of my history and i also am aware of yours, indeed i have pointed out that Corporate stuff is best left to you, so you cannot point the finger and say I am patronising, however you could not trust some posters on the lse to get the science correct when most admit they don't really need to understand it. Tosh in the past has posted as such.

Lets be honest here eh !! Hardly any party posts conclusions on the LSE and instead ask you or me to translate the science into something they can relate to.

so looking from the outside in .. one party has to have a certain authority to do that.

so you cannot then say they are being patronising when most of the time that's the role that's expected of them ie ... it makes no sense unless you have a chip on your shoulder.

Onan,

is there a sentient adult in your house that can read your typed exercises in self-absorption, paranoia and pomposity before you post?

You are beyond parody, it is receding in the rear view mirror.

I picture you in the garage with a First Chemistry Set, bedecked in a white coat and safety spectacles, screaming scientific inanity like some lobotomised Joe 90 figure.

BoB, it's the trait of being narcissistic, I wouldn't bother replying to him. He needs help with the condition, best to ignore him, won't be long before he implodes in his self importance.

Twitter

Social media .. is not a good place for Rolls Royce to advertise jet engines to some arab airline ...

it maybe a good place to create propaganda for "momentum brain washing" for those that do want to live in a Venezuela Style Economy

point being ... share price to twitter ratings is zero ... as of this moment in time.

sp it's not a powerful platform for Scancell .... and never will be IMHO
