oh dear poor Loz .... who is a great friend of Colin from accounts

Colin thinks Loz is an expert ........ probably why Colin has no shares in Scancell

because the plank sold them the day before RNS and is getting terribly upset with those that didn't, indeed its Colin from accounts that must have suggested include the kitchen Table in your portfolio loz ..pad it out a bit

anyway this is Colins thoughts on the Wisdom of Loz

Well recognised Gazza that Loz has never described the Science as trHYPE but the ridiculous predictions of £8 a share which certain people have been harking in about for over a decade now.
He of course seeks to discredit Loz by trying to mislead, lie and reverting to type by posting cut and paste clips of the science which proves he does not understand it.
If he did he would explain it rather than just cut and paste it but as usual he is out thought, outclassed and simply shown up by outstanding posters like Loz who continually nail him to the floor.

sad but Colin is as deranged as his mate Loz

I wonder if Bermuda and Ruck will "endorse" him again ...

The SPIV TRADER -
In our kitchen area, we have a heavy Oak table -2.3 mtrs x 1.2 mtrs...6 cm thick surface... legs 12 cm square - A VALUE of ???
In 1999 Mrs Lozan and I took ourselves on a 'World Tour' which included a weeks diving course on the Great Barrier Reef,China,Many Pacific islands,USA to name but a few. -A VALUE of ???
Using EGOboy's sums... CAN I include the COSTS paid then and ADD those costs to any average investments Mrs Lozan and I now hold ???
.
NO ONE should foreget that when der SPIV was planning to SELL... HE was manipulating tvia LIES and FALSE CLAIMS ,the S P by urging others to BUY,BUY,BUY = in effect to lift the S P
NORE was HE/is HE alone in this practice.

No idea why people get involved in all the personal stuff - just keep it to Scancell and the wonderful data. Any reports from Conference?

Evening Ruck the guy is a total clown and now he has spilt the beans on how he works out his average not as most people do by only including dealings in a specific share but by including non SCLP related investment returns as he nsy have funded them via profits from trading SCLP.
But of course he only includes his dealings but no one else’s so when I repeatedly said I bought at 5 p and sold at 8p but then invested the money in AVCT which went up on average 5 fold then he criticised me for selling at 8p when the share price rose higher rather than acknowledging you can actually invest those proceeds like he did with his car park and benefit overall but of course because he did it then it needs to be included and he has used it to lower his average on SCLP.
So that tells us his real average on SCLP is way above what he claims and much more like 15-20p so after 12 years he is still not showing an investing profit so what a total failure.
He then criticises “ traders” but that is exactly what he has done and of course thise traders make only pennies when he has not got a clue how much they make plus the concept of compounding which he knows nothing about.
Like you making the big profit on that occasion which he dismissed.
You simply can’t believe a word he says

Inan, OK, so it's not about the number you hold at all. It's about the number you trade, when you trade and the alternative investments you make with the profits.

sadly your wrong ..... 1 took profit from scancell £30,000 to build a carpark which i now rent at £30k per annum

this then allowed me to buy back the shares i sold and more

but my average is now reducing by £24,000 per year (after tax) ........ if you include profits from scancell which are guaranteed by lease

even so my total outlay is still only £130k .............

hold 1.4m

Inan,

Thanks for the lesson in the bleeding obvious.

Of course, IF a share rises a larger holding will yield a larger profit.

By the same genius mathematics, IF a share does down, the more you hold, the more you will lose (or the fewer you hold, the less you will lose)

If we could predict perfectly when a share will rise or fall, we would all be billonaires. Trouble is, none of us can. And despite your euphoria and crowing the past two days, your holding has gone DOWN by £100K since early December - the exact amount you are lambasting crumbs for relinquishing.

Now please, give it a rest.

moving on to 9p average Crumbs

if your average was 20p like you posted and you sold at 15p .... you took a loss

of 5p a share

now according to you .... you posted you bought back on the RNS which opened at 15p a share

even if you piled in at 8p you have still not added your loss back in ....which takes it to 13p

sadly your maths does not stack up

RE: Crumbs …and C7Today 15:47
Crumbs didn't sell out he jiggled to a nice 9p average without losing his capital (yes has a much smaller but comfortable core holding)and is now holding on to see his 9p's make a quid...

just need to put that there ... so many myths :)

did you go on the same course as Colin from accounts ?

but numbers really do matter crumbs

lets say you held approx 350,000 even at an average of 20p

and expected with the RNS to get a £1 return = profit of 80p per share

£280,000

but if you have reduced your holding lets say by 150,000 to an average of 9p

your profit is now 91 per share

= £182,000

£100,000 lower against a capital outlay of £70,000

but if you get your full holding back you still are lower than when you held at 20p average but with the Risk removed by 90% so your profit will exceed £280,000 with share price at 17p approx

Two points:1. Any of those companies would have done a larger trial. So the comparison should rather be with the expanded trial to come.2. It is only "frustrating" if you become a forced seller in the next six months. Beyond that point, I expect the valuation will be more reasonable. This is the 3rd day of 5mn+ volumes. There will be another tomorrow. A few more weeks and supply of stock will start becoming tight, with maybe 10mn shares a week moving into the hands of longish-term holders. I reckon the free float will be shrinking by about 3% a week on average for the next couple of months.

Frustrating, if this was Merck, Biontech or Pfizer with these results or we were listed in the states we would be multiples of this rise and valuation of the Immunobody platform
