04/8/2023 13:40 | PS I would be deeply moved and honoured if you called one of the waves 'knocker', but I hesitated to suggest that, as you seem to have some reservations about my personality. Perhaps though you will think it a suitable name for a down wave? But only if the wave would not be offended, of course. | 1knocker
04/8/2023 13:35 | Don't worry , Tyke I am long past the stage when anything you say about your waves (or the wiggles either) comes as a surprise to me. I think you should give your waves names. Numbers are so cold and impersonal. How about Bert, Fred, Bertha, Kylie and Dorris'? Do those suggestions fit the personalities of the 5 waves? You are better placed to be the judge of that than I am. Names would be so much warmer and more friendly, quite homely in fact. It might win over a few converts to your chartless, virtual, version of EWT. It would be in keeping with changing times too. I am told that nowadays even in schools (the trendier ones anyway) the pupils are addressed by names rather than their school numbers. | 1knocker
04/8/2023 13:10 | Oh I think I'm rather unforgettable anyway knocker. You can"t leave me alone for a start. But what I"n saying is correct and verifiable. EW can even tell you how a stock price will likely react to external news. It depends which wave the news arrives in. Each wave has a "personality' which characterises how it respond to external events. But I won't bore you. The classic one is wave 2 which totally ignores all positive news as we see with SCLP. Peeps shouldn't be surprised by the word "personality' being applied to a wave. After all the waves are created by human psychology. Still you guys aren't ready for this yet. Slowly slowly... | 2tyke
04/8/2023 12:44 | Inane, you really are so unscientific you shouldn't be allowed anywhere near a computer without a carer. You and a few billion have not been injected with anything remotely natural. The code for covid came out of a computer and you have been injected with materials that aren't remotely natural. Idiot. | panama7
04/8/2023 12:34 | You can say that again Tyke! Dead right. I am up to the eyes in your virtual wiggles and waves. How about giving us all a break for a bit, while we get over the overload? I'll post 'Tyke was exactly right' each day for you if you like, just so that no one forgets you. | 1knocker
04/8/2023 12:23 | Lol ....a bit too much too soon for you knocker old chap. | 2tyke
04/8/2023 12:16 | I won't repeat my last post Tyke. But i do recommend that you re-read it, slowly and carefully this time. | 1knocker
04/8/2023 12:13 | Yep, when you read a good RNS from a company, look at what the share price trajectory was doing for the last several months prior ...you'll discover that the share price moved first. SCLP will rise well before any 'fantastic RNS'....when the RNS comes it will be a tardy recognition of investor psychology. It will be slanted that way even if it isn't that good. You can trust an elliottician. | 2tyke
04/8/2023 11:57 | I'll repeat that knocker... An RNS is a tardy recognition of forces that have been apparent to a share price for quite some time. It's one of the most informed and correct statements you'll hear on a bb. Think about SCLP share price dropping from 29p. All the bulls waiting eagerly for the next RNS for boom 💥 When it came ..they changed their tunes. The RNS was a late recognition of sentiment. It didn't drive the price. It was used to try and 'explain it' in hindsight. | 2tyke
04/8/2023 11:52 | Yes...an RNS is yesterdays news. I'll tell you what it is to the share price It's a tardy recognition of forces that have been apparent to the share price for quite some time. Not many will tell you that knocker. But you know what an education tykey is by now ! | 2tyke
04/8/2023 11:50 | No, Tyke with companies doing expensive cutting edge research, generally burning cash with an uncertain outcome and timeframe, left field events can derail any pattern. Its no bad thing to follow the development progress, but don't leap on the bandwagon on good news unless the FD puts his hand deep in his own pocket! The CEO will be an enthusiast and perhaps a geek; a good Finance Director measures 'breakthroughs' in moolah. | 1knocker
04/8/2023 11:47 | Knocker... Larger pharma generally take over more proven up assets. They let the tiddlers waste their money, if that's the case. But by then the share price is rising. It has a form. News lags share price ..it doesn't lead. An RNS is yesterdays news. | 2tyke
04/8/2023 11:40 | It's actually ALWAYS right to get out and in again...rinse and repeat knocker....because SP's have a form. BUT only if one understands EW or technical analysis. I'm not having a go at the clappers because they don't understand this....I know they don't. I'm having a go because they have been so wrong yet believe they are so right !And ridicule others for doing the right thing and trading. .................... Octopus....don't worry about that ..I'm here to make sense of it all for you ! | 2tyke
04/8/2023 11:34 | Tyke the interesting conclusions to draw are:(1) we can all be wrong (even chartless chartists), (2) it is possible to be right but too early and, (3)development of any new product (be it a drug, a mine, or a state of the art crypto mining facility, or whatever) is both costly and risky if it stretches a company's resources. Often the time to get in at the first flush of enthusiasm when the potential is shown but the cost has yet fully to be counted, then get out, and get in again if and when the path to monetisation opens up. Easier said than done, of course. There is a sound (fundamental, nothing to do with wiggles and waves) why big pharma buys newly developed drugs /drug companies for big bucks as they turn into the finishing straight rather than for small bucks as they cross the start line. Moonshots do come off, but so also do jackpot lottery wins. When I here the beguiling words 'It could be you' my cynical response is 'Yes, but it almost certainly won't be'. Not really my cup of tea. I like to buy sound companies when the sectors are out of fashion, like miners a few years ago, when Rio and BHP shares could barely be given away. Chacun a son gout. | 1knocker
04/8/2023 11:28 | Amazing - company announces regression in cancer in a patient - expansion of trial and news hardly moves the needle on the share price | octopus100
04/8/2023 11:08 | The share price slowly moving up from just below the 0.618 re-trace level as I suggested it better start doing yesterday. Still too early to confirm a bottom, but we elliotticians will know about it first...not you scientists...lol | 2tyke
04/8/2023 10:21 | I have not said it would either ...... being well aware of the market but ... the data shows it works and far more viral infections exist other than covid the question is, is it worth value as a Virus platform or not well ..... lets see how the "new" salesman gets on in September surprised you didn't apply with your skill set Ivy ... you could have Bermuda as your technical assistant | inanaco
04/8/2023 10:20 | Is today 'a special day' ??? - A day 'normal folks' are not 'privy to' A day where the few remaining 'trHYPE DRUIDS','shaking their curvy sticks at the sky' thoughts arrive enmass. A prearranged gathering of WARPYEADS ??? | the real lozan
04/8/2023 10:16 | Really interesting how inanaco cloaks himself in the science in a bid to justify his share price stance. He knows he's called the share price completely wrong every step of the way. But still thinks he has the correct premise. IF you did have the right premise inane, you wouldn't have to blame 'flippers'. You'd expect them ! | 2tyke
04/8/2023 10:04 | Nana I did not say the market was dead in the water.I said the SCLP Covid Vaccine was likely “ dead in the water” but would be very happy if you can provide any hard evidence to the contrary. Like you I fully understand the potential based on the SCLP approach and do not doubt that it may work very well and yes there are some tangible benefits to SCLP as a result of its development for eg the proof of Pharmajet delivery system working. My sole point is that despite potentially excellent Science it may not attract a commercial partner. I really do not understand how you cannot seem to grasp that simple concept and continue to hold the “ no reason for failure” which once again I have demonstrated in an evidence based way. | ivyspivey
04/8/2023 09:58 | "the Burger King Calling" By Flipper 2Tyke ... book out soon | inanaco
04/8/2023 09:53 | Well interestingly I'm starting to receive a few pm's expressing interest in what I'm saying. The identity of one might surprise the clappers bb ! But I won't divulge. I understand the need to 'herd'....it's strong. It's wrong....but strong. But what I'm saying will naturally start to tell the more discerning PI that they really need to 'adjust their set' | 2tyke
04/8/2023 09:40 | Not just think of ways that the company can write RNS's so that more peeps can think like you ...because they don't...and won't. Get over yourselves clappers. When you kid yourself it's really bad....just ask inane ! | 2tyke
04/8/2023 09:34 | Looks like the clappers on both BB's are demonstrating the misconceptions that resulted in them being LTH and suffering the painful losses from 29p. Yes...it is always a LOSS, however you try to slant it ! Chill and inane trying to justify their euphoria with £8 a share being a doddle ! The clappers bb wanting RNS's to have more 'user-friendly' headings...lol Look ....I'll help you all out again. The thing is this. Traders are not governed by future potential. No. They are governed by mass psychology. You LTH's mistakenly expect traders (who actually control the SP) to think like yourself. They really don't. So you can bang on about the science or the potential all you want to your hearts content....but the share price will follow the form it takes. Have you seen any evidence of science or potential driving the share price over the last decade or so ? Biontech didn't become the price it is overnight. The waves grew in exactly the required form. Third waves of very high degree can be exponential. It takes time. Stock prices have a 'form' So the clappers bb can forget user friendly headlines for RNS's. Just like corporate earnings, RNS's are YESTERDAYS NEWS. Think about it. They tell you nothing of the future...and even less about the future share price If you want to anticipate what traders will do next, you need to understand collective psychology....not yet and think of ways the company can write notifications so that you can kid yourselves !! | 2tyke |
