this will also tell us if changes

Small pieces of DNA that are released into a person's blood by tumor cells as they die. A sample of blood can be used to look for and measure the amount of ctDNA and identify specific mutations (changes) in the DNA.

we are trialing Killer T cells and we need to look at "effect" ....

we are not trialing "various treatments" for ovarian cancer

and we are testing ...........blood

Measurement of circulating tumour deoxyribonucleic acid (ctDNA) [ Time Frame: For the duration of the study (12 weeks after the final dose of study treatment) ]
ctDNA will be measured in blood in patients vaccinated with Modi-1 and Modi-1v either as monotherapy or in combination with checkpoint inhibitors in the target population.

The system is best in class ..You can test blood as many times as you like ....Liquid biopsy is the future, and would help Scan considerably

ameretto ... why ? mentioned this before ... we already know those cells exist so the parsortix system would only tell us what we already know

we cant use the harvested cells ..

this is why i questioned the Value in AGL at 70p ,.... advising folks to reconsider portfolios ... sadly i got my head bitten of again by you know who

Ovarian

High-grade cells grow and develop rapidly, are considered aggressive, and therefore unfortunately are diagnosed at advanced stages and have a worse prognosis.

and that is exactly what moditope is controlling ....

advanced/unresectable SCCHN, high grade serous ovarian carcinoma

this is why it takes time ...........

over a course of treatment with Moditope lasting 6 months

the cancer should be a min of 150% bigger .... if left untreated ....

so those ovarian cancer patients with stable decease

the cancer is still doubling every 60 to 100 days ....

but the t cells are able to remove them at that rate even after 2 injections

this puts it into context ..... the t cells are removing the equivalent of the original cancer approx every 60 days ....

then you have the other issue .. is the vaccine mopping up all those circulating stem cancer cells

we have no reports yet of metastatic lesions forming while taking moditope

this is what you are up against

The number of cancer cells is a function of tumour volume in cubic centimetres. Each cell is about 20 μm in diameter. A 1-cm cancer has about 100 million cells, a 0.5-cm cancer has about 10 million cells, and a 1-mm cancer has about 100 thousand cells.

Across various tumour types, the literature suggests that the tumour doubling time lies somewhere between 60 days and 100 days. For tumour cells to become a tumour and be visible on medical imaging, such as a PET or CT scan, the smallest we could see tumour cells is 6mm or greater. So, you can imagine that a tumour that is visible in a PET CT scan has actually been there for quite some time.

Tf ... Trinity is a highly conservative value ...

if the market ie the average investor does not get it .... not a lot you can do ..

from a commercial prospective we are not developing and selling fossil fuel cars in an era moving to electric

what we have is a market for vaccines that is going expensive by going personal because that's the only way they can get them to work ... and even then its still a minority

we have another market that modifies t cells (car T ) for reinfusion because its the only way they can get them to work but so far little success in solid cancers

our competition for the mass market in vaccines is not to develop a Rolls with a V12 engine ... like Moderna and Co ... custom designed for each patient at enormous cost

its to develop "novel approaches" using T cells that have already proven to work

CD4 Killer t cells and High Avidity CD8

I have posted the evidence that the T cells do work from many sources

yet ... the market still does not understand the separation ...

the vaccine engages the T cells and that is where it ends ...

the active part is the T cells ,.. not the vaccine

I am a constant buyer ... the share price is not relevant because the majority of AIM punters have strange ways of investing .... some say but its been 10 year etc ...

yes .. but its taken that long to get 95% of my shares into ISA

the magic is yet to come

Golcheja, but what happens to Moderna, Biontech and Pfizer when people wake up to the catastrophic carnage that mRNA has caused in the so called Democratic western nations. Massive increase in excess deaths at the same time as a massive decrease in birth rates in the same Countries at the same time.

"I would not worry about the share price " -
Odd is it not, that when the share price drops = "the market has it wrong"
However, whenever the share price rises a penny or two = '25p next stop / 40p by month end / £1,£6, £8+" are promoted as market certainties.
Does it occur to folks, that REALITY is = Whilst YOU 'experts' think YOU are 'playing the market'...the markets are playing (with) YOU.
