Hi Ivy, Back in the day, you often claimed that success for the MTFB antibiotic was pretty much a done deal. Should anyone listen to you??

If there is anybody on this board "following" any other poster, they need their heads examining.Follow the science.

Not following anyone but the news and update from Scancell, unfortunately not at a rate that would be close to adequate. All the update on the thread quoting all what Scan is or was involved with is less than boring.

It may be a cliche but if folk basically can’t be bothered to put in the effort and simply choose to believe any anonymous poster who promises the earth then they deserve all they get as investing in any AIM Biopharma is inherently risky.
To blindly follow a guy who is a proven 🤥 then that risk is compounded.

Morning Panama,
There are a whole host of Companies on AIM that work in different sectors like Mining or Pharma that believe they are sat on the proverbial Pot of Gold and indeed often have a great story but ultimately will not return the promised returns.
So do SCLP have this PoG- well I believe that they do possess assets offering great potential.
Do they have the resources to develop these assets.Again I believe they have the necessary financially backing but may need more within the next 6-9 months.
However the key to increase your chance of success for long term investors is to DYOR and look for real validations of the assets such as the Genmab deal rather than pay heed to any views expressed by self confessed prophets of success or gloom based on no risk but huge reward.
Unless you are a trader like the vast bulk of LTH in here the journey has not been a good one.
Enjoy the w/end all

Inane, ah yes Genmap bought 1 oz and haven't been seen anywhere near the mine since. What happened to the other Companies that were seen looking at the mine over 6 months ago ?

Ruck, there are many who believe that Scancell are sitting on a Gold mine, the problem is they can't get the Gold out of the ground and even if they could they wouldn't know how to sell it and where to find a buyer.

Transformational in the sense it transform cash into thin air.

The answer to that is extremely simple:There has been no material news at all for several months. People need to raise money for other things and there seems no reason to think that transformational news is imminent. All that COULD change in an instant - even if there seems no particular reason to expect such an instant.

Marcus,Can you explain how this has any relevance to Scancell?Perhaps a more relevant discussion would be why we are languishing around 15p when TD?s Uber-cautious estimate is double that at 30p?

In this image below, a monoclonal antibody (FG88) binds to sugars to punch holes in the cancer cell membrane, causing rapid death.

SC88 targets Lewisacx expressed on 100% of colorectal tumours. The cell-based studies again showed highly specific target binding with little off-target effects making it an attractive candidate for ADC, CART or T cell bi-specific development.

I think that they have the patents passed and data packages for SC88 and SC129 (Genmab)

Their GlyMab platform is more about the individual antibodies Scancell identifies and manages to prove
their use case; these we imagine will be licensed off as and when the company has a data package
suitable to convince pharma to take the risk, as Scancell has already managed to do with Genmab. The
anti-glycan antibody field is relatively new and how Scancell select for high avidity antibodies is their
‘trade secret’.

Absolutely Tosh he is patently jealous of Loz s life and the only way he can deal with it is to be negative towards anyone who displays any semblance of being 😃.
When you surround yourself with negativity and losers you become a loser and he is immersed in his drab world of self pity and negative mindset hence his envy of others.
I just wish he would admit others enjoy a much happier way of life than him and perhaps he may actually salvage something out of his dad existence.

" you are a sad man "

The FACTS would indicate the complete opposite.
The way Loz describes his quality of life would suggest that far from being sad, he is very happy.

There's only one sad man on this BB, and that, my dear ineptico, is you.
