Goy, I take it from your ridiculous response you are another one who doesn't support the Nuremburg code and is in favour of people dying unnecessarily when treatments are available.

Inanaco, only a matter of time before all these Criminals are brought to justice. As someone who has promoted the injection you will be on the long list. Would you have taken the injection if other treatments had not been suppressed and how many millions would also have declined the jab. Torquay, it was a local media story. Inanaco what has a ficticious 70's TV programme got to do with Hospitals being overrun with sick patients. Just about sums you up. You stay behind your sofa with your double mask and make sure you avoid the Indian variant if you ever bother to go out into the real world.

P7. Respectfully - I have a son in Devon and a son in Cornwall and a friend Lady who works in Treliske who would know if 'owt wrong. I've heard nothing and I watch many Cornwall links (and will be back there soon).

So - what is the source for this revelation ?

Hi Tosh, what are you hearing about the Hospital situation in your neck of the woods. By all accounts Hospitals in Cornwall and Devon are completely full and ambulances are being backed up as no beds are available. We know that these areas were not badly hit with the virus, so what could possibly be happening now to fill the Hospitals up ? Would be interested to know what you have heard.

BS - the electroporation device alone will make it infeasible in most of the third world. How much do they cost? What's the manufacturing capacity?

This is an interesting approach from some Chinese researchers:

Abstract

Severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) has caused a global crisis, urgently necessitating the development of safe, efficacious, convenient-to-store, and low-cost vaccine options.

A major challenge is that the receptor-binding domain (RBD)-only vaccine fails to trigger long-lasting protective immunity if used solely for vaccination. To enhance antigen processing and cross presentation in draining lymph nodes (DLNs), we developed an interferon (IFN)-armed RBD dimerized by immunoglobulin fragment (I-R-F). I-R-F efficiently directs immunity against RBD to DLN. A low dose of I-R-F induces not only high titer long-lasting neutralizing antibodies but also [more] comprehensive T cell responses than RBD, and even provides comprehensive protection in one dose without adjuvant.

This study shows that the I-R-F vaccine provides rapid and complete protection throughout upper and lower respiratory tracts against high dose SARS-CoV-2 challenge in rhesus macaques. Due to its potency and safety, this engineered vaccine may become one of the next-generation vaccine candidates in the global race to defeat COVID-19.

So, where have the "hidden" the Recovery numbers this time????

Before you had a tab on the deaths section that would also take you to Recoveries.
I can't see that anymore.

Anyone known where they have "moved" recovery numbers to??

Inovio only targets the spike protein and their vax is delivered via electroporation.
They also have a few issues to resolve too. Firstly the FDA placed a partial hold on this trial as it has questions re. the electroporation device (sound familiar?) and Inovio will need to deal with those before it can move into a phase III in the US.

Also the US Gov. had previously agreed to fund phase II and III trials for this vax but have recently withdrawn funding for the phase III. Their reason apparently was the increasing availability of approved vaccines in the U.S. which goes to show that second generation vaccines need to bring something new to the table and a vaccine with the same spike protein as everyone else with a much more cumbersome delivery system probably isn't going to cut it.

This may turn out to be quite a relevant study by CEPI:https://cepi.net/news_cepi/do-we-need-to-update-our-tools-assessing-covid-19-vaccine-performance-to-work-against-the-novel-variants/......and lead to the assessment of Covid19 vaccines against a standard which aims at broadening protection against variants. In other words, it is a recognition that they/we should be developing vaccines which offer protection against future mutations....
