Another rise. Soon be back to a reasonable share price

"stressed that the country continues to be a safe place for foreign investors."

Is there some common sense returning?

SAV was praised in the past for their work for the DIA.

Goodday1, do you really believe Starfox is the same person as Sheldon/Osaka? Have you seen the information that Starfox provides over on LSE?

Sheldon has been in SAV (on and off I suspect)for many years and changed his moniker to Osaka. I haven't seen his twitter thread and don't intend to. IMO social media is one of the big problems in today's society.

Starfox came on here as LSEplonker I suspect to wind you up. He has since posted that he regretted doing that. I'd prefer if you didn't put off good posters from posting.

Noticed another long time investor this morning posted an interesting article:-

Despite an ongoing corruption probe, Portugal remains "safe" for investments in lithium mining, the country's economy minister said Wednesday.

"I think Portugal is one of the safest places in the world" for investments in lithium mining, António Costa Silva told POLITICO's Sustainable Future Week summit. "We are a country where the rule of law is crucial, and no one is above the law."

Portuguese authorities are investigating possible acts of corruption, influence peddling and malfeasance in connection with the concession of lithium mining projects in the north of the country, a green hydrogen mega-project and a data center in Sines. The projects add up to an investment of €23.5 billion.

The scandal has dealt a heavy blow to Brussels’ ambitions to diversify its supply of raw materials needed for green and digital technologies, as Portugal’s lithium deposits are seen as central to those efforts.

Portuguese Prime Minister António Costa — who submitted his resignation as a result of the scandal but will remain caretaker PM until snap elections can be held in March — has similarly stressed that the country continues to be a safe place for foreign investors.

Thanks Ged, FYI I'm keeping tabs on the Portuguese sources I had through the EIA process. Will keep LSE updated if anything meaningful comes in otherwise IB usually follows up on here. Atb

I think someone will crash the party well before election day. When you have persons willing to fight over and to pay billions for a Co that has yet to prove up its maiden JORC reserves then forgive for thinking someone could be willing to pile in here and take the risks After all as we are hearing the Barroso project is considered by Government circles as a benchmark for its appliance and work to provide community support through various initiatives.

I suspect the first 2.5m trade this morning was a buy. I didn't check the second one.
Closed the spread again.

Some good posters over there including Starfox, who greeted you earlier. From their links it seems this 'scandal' is just a load of nonsense.

At 20 million shares traded a day. It will take about 3 months to flush all the weak hands.Obviously, we have some sticky holders & we will not reach such a volume every day.I reckon by the time the election takes place we will be in a better place.Has anyone noticed how many newly or recently registered posters are at LSE? Haha, someone must try very much harder! LolGl all

2 trades just gone through at 2.12. they have recorded these in the don't know column. blatantly obvious that these were buys as the current figure is 2.0. what a fiddle. they do not want this to rise and doing everything they can to prevent it.

What's the chances the previous CEO was complicit in this? How can you account for this stuff when investing I did my research (as best I could). Europe needs lithium. This is the biggest deposit. EU government want secure domestic supply. News from company was they are working through each hurdle. Slowly. But I though at some point in next year or two we would get good news and the shares would be worth multiples of where we were. Now they are worth less than half and could go bust if wrongdoing is proved. If anyone in out company has done illegal activities/ corruption, I hope they go to prison Not happyGood luck all holders

wow
Suddenly ADVFN adjust the historical buys and sells and shove all of these into the don't know column. You can even see the times of the transactions. and how late they were being recorded. What a farce. Do they know what they are doing or is the price been manipulated to suit their own ends. I give up, everything so corrupt, you end up having no faith in anything or believing anyone.
