Capital raising to bring this to production. There is going to be a lot at stake. Those with the money don't always play fair. There is an interesting YouTube commentary posted by IB on the LSE SAV board. The two Companies aren't identical but as some pointers within the industry the board might find of use, what's going on there or not as the case maybe. I think we should be prepared at least for some twists and turns here. The Company has stated " they know the value of what they've got " The drop in share price from the recent placing sp, is imo just the first bit of a work over. Liontown was one of the most shorted CO's on ASX before Albemarle stepped in.

Reba, the 150000 was a deletion to cancel the 150000 on Monday at 12:21. The 155000 was then cancelled then presumably the correct trade of 165000 was reported. So no manipulation just another blunder imo.

Not been following Liontown, Wanna Brew but thanks for for all the info.

What interesting financial facts and indicators do you think are relevant to SAV?

Don't mean to divert a SAV thread with consistent Liontown news but imo has quite some interesting financial facts and indicators for SAV in their partnership quests.

What the hell is going on over 600k record historically at 3.2, and just been introduced on the chart. why do they do that.? Private investors have no chance when they manipulate the the buys/sells like this, and do not record the deals instantly, as and when they happen. It's criminal.

Oh my, FLC has bought back in. It must be time to sell! ;))

Just updating the shareholders info and noticed in the Annual Report that Manohar Pundalik Shenoy, RIP, held 5,809,524 shares at 31st December 2022. Since it's under 3% there wont be any notification. Maybe the reason for the recent selling.

I think the directors must be skint. These share purchases are tiny. Insignificant. If they were buying ten times these numbers I'd be excited

Albemarle out of Liontown. Perhaps they might like a pure European play. https://www.smh.com.au/business/companies/gina-rinehart-s-raids-sink-liontown-lithium-takeover-20231016-p5ecik.html

Manipulated for 500 odd k of shares. No way. He just took advantage of the weakness. Something else or someone else has caused the drop. Whoever was able to drop those sells through may have the answer.

Interesting article and GR's stake upped almost to a takeover stopping 20%. And then looks at perhaps potentially less benign areas in Africa and SA, with gov interventions. No mention of Europe.GR already involved in Vulcan (and has taken the drop on the chin as it is chicken feed loose change), other European options are limited or heavily Government slanted, so there are very few runners to look at. If anyone is looking at a junior, European lithium play then and there are enough of them, then it could get interesting. Would 60 interested parties be enough?

n my 34 years in funds management, I've never seen global majors invest so aggressively in the junior space. We expect this consolidation to continue. https://www.livewiremarkets.com/wires/lithium-in-2023-m-a-takeovers-and-government-intervention
