09/4/2020 15:23 | Jotoha2 Your analysis is very superficial. As the oil price goes so does the company's future growth and security in Nigeria. And then there is the value and viability of the rusting Niger ghost company. SAVP's prospects are strongly linked to the oil price. | honestmarty
09/4/2020 15:14 | This company is a gas play , hence it has seen very litttle from the price rise in Brent . Everyone is waiting on news flow , but it's hiding for some reason . | jotoha2
09/4/2020 14:46 | OPEC meeting starts at 3pm today , so i guess we will know very soon . analyst's are hopeful of a deal , also incorporating USA who could cut production also . i really thinks its the time to buy here , maybe which an RNS pending after easter holidays ... could be a double boost for SP | tens machine
09/4/2020 12:50 | Anyone else NT to buy? They are happy to take 100k+ at a premium. | honestmarty
08/4/2020 11:25 | Unable to hold 9p , where is the news flow ? | jotoha2
08/4/2020 10:08 | It's possible the tweets were not intended as any update for actual investors at all. Yesterday was world health day but on top of that Nigeria just in the last week has seen less power generation and a lot of it blamed on lack of gas delivered to the generating companies. Also on 2nd April Nigeria issued notices to reduce staff at oil/gas installations as the country is in lock down. Therefore the tweets may be more aimed at reassuring the public/business in Nigeria that Savp are unaffected and as stated have been increasing gas supplies essential for power generation while taking all steps to protect its staff at the same time. | zengas
08/4/2020 08:56 | gisjob, RNSs are a means to communicate principally with shareholders. The tweets also remind the locals (esp. politicians and influencers) what SAVP is doing in their communities. | haideralifool
07/4/2020 12:38 | Blame you-know-who for the tweeting | jnbrw
07/4/2020 12:30 | He is a Scot - likes to save expense. | kinkell
07/4/2020 11:18 | Why couldn't this update be issued as a RNS. Tweets are not the way to update the market and shareholders. Shareholders are being short changed by SAVP | gisjob2
07/4/2020 11:13 | jotoha2 seems to have done worse than wet himself though. | zengas
07/4/2020 11:10 | kirk holders here have been very patient here not sure many are bed wetters with no ops update since early december .... | tens machine
07/4/2020 11:07 | my very crude summary lets say savp have made a $10m free cash flow per month since they took over seven assets , lets say a modest 4 months equating to $40m profit as Net asset-level free cash flow generation of circa.US$130m p.a. thats 50% of current market cap (£75m)in just 4 months ... seems incredible and massively undervalued . only question remains are they getting paid or using world bank facility | tens machine
07/4/2020 10:57 | Of course they don't give a toss about pi's because every bed wetter with £5 worth of shares has been continuously emailing and phoning asking "Are we there yet"? for the last 3 years. They're sick to death of them. | kirkuk
07/4/2020 10:37 | tweets are very positive today operating above usual day to day production rates only question is now are they getting paid and how much ? why the silence for a long period and forward plans for 2020. not much to ask really AK. i've pretty much come to the conclusion that management don't give a toss about shareholders and will do it their way regardless . however i do wonder about the larger holders stance here , perhaps a takeout could be looming hence radio silence | tens machine
07/4/2020 10:32 | Quite significant update imo. Ops unaffected = gas flowing to existing ( and additional customer as per recent RNs) in fact pumping additional gas to supply country through the current situation. That doesn't suggest any snags with payments or invocation of world bank guarantee. In fact, quite the opposite, good relations with all relevant players. Savp stepping up and becoming a strategic gas supplier, very encouraging update imo. | jnbrw
07/4/2020 10:27 | ignore malcy paid for ligger who will say whatever he is told | tens machine
07/4/2020 10:17 | Nice if they could elaborate what exactly those operations that are unaffected are. I thought we were due an update by end Q1. Bearing in mind we were promised significant news flow through this period its been stony silence. I hope they're not paying their PR co much. Anyone seen an update to Malcys bucket list now it doesnt depend on who's buying the biggest lunch ? | moho30
