There's a pharma company about to be rinsed due to its 'promotion' of a drug that has been socially devastating.
On GSK they are talking about shorting...that's not the one though!
GSK have offloaded all of Haleon now.
So can focus on its future with the shackles off. Very timely!
GSK also recently opened their new premises in New Oxford Street....and have indicated their support of progressing home grown small bios.
An onlicense of a drug born here and gone through the rinser with MHRA ...well that would do wonders for the PR of a company dealing with certain issues ;

Just remember it's not about the early deals re their ipr.. as they are snapped up for a noteable amount..but its those who have groundbreaking novel ipr with patents left right and center that will wait....until the fat lady sings.
It's happening...the unknown trades are trickling in...for quite a while now amoung other trades that are imo ph selling to a company/ies to get a position to sell us out like Sierra Oncology.
I'm still buying little bits to see how they change the price/spread just for an observation of the mms modus operandi.

What an interesting day in the evolution of Sareum.
Throughout the day I've been considering the changes in positions and what might be the reasoning.

Clive position as SID is a noteable use of a seasoned Director to be a sounding board to other Directors and shareholders, note as per the AIM rules this includes noteable holders...or those who may become more noteable if outstanding warrants are executed.

The SID acts as a sounding board for the Chair and as an intermediary for the other Directors and shareholders as necessary. 2. The SID will chair the Nomination Committee when it is considering succession to the role of the Chair of the Board.

I'm in the dark whether 'we' can be part of the approval of a new CEO.

But Tim's new position is effectively second in command to the CEO...whilst Stephen is in that holding role.

I still get a feeling GSK is part of the background given the boards previous positions.

As I purported many times I am of the opinion a position is being taken in the background and PH are assisting that.

I wonder if a close period is announced soon as per one of the AIM rules (21?)?

Also is Tim able to partake in assisting another company given he is now part time but no longer CEO....I believe the answer is yes ...but would that transition require a period of 'quiet' ...or maybe not as details on SRA737 is only gleened via the main holder...so have they requested his input given they are the main developer.

With any holding its a consideration of gut feeling and research...and posting worthwhile posts to be considered by other posters. If anyone posts negatively they are either burnt or part of an organised disruption to the company.
I accept all negatives if supported.
On this bb there are some posters who fail to substantiate their 'drivel'.
I saw that by standing alone posting here that SRA737 was still being forewarded in trials despite the bile I got.
