The LSE happy clappers live in Alice in Wonderland when it comes to this company.

The theories are unbelievable. Sareum have not even started a Phase 2 Clinical Trial and there is talk again about T/O and license deals. When we they and everyone else learn that no deals are imminent? Massive dilution on the way for existing shareholder's IMHO.

Something to think about

1) Flt 3 Aurora onlicence - returned now. gathering dust

2.) Sra 737 onlicence - gathered dust and returned

3) Sra 737 onlicence again - again gathering dust

4) 1801 - what’s to say it’s not going to be another onlicence and gathering dust

Great to see the happy clappy rampers being taken down a peg or seven...

1801 data would be transformative and the start of good times for sareum..

After the 1801 results.. the share price has collapsed.. something not right here..

737 is once again forgotten...and the markets just don't see any potential here..

Said it before..I can see this going to zero..

Anyone else care to disagree.

We were right about 1801 results not doing anything..

One for all the LTHs - how is the 30% drop since last week working for you? Still happy to follow the cheerleader squad and hold? There are better strategies - I believe the cheerleader squad are duplicitous, promoting hold while sneakily selling, think about it when has SOG, mufuta ever said selling a few to get back in cheaper. Always - they’re happy to share, “just topped up”. Figure it out yourselves.

Another great post on lse just now.

All those who spent the first 6 months of the year waiting for 1801 good news.. only to see the share price to fall 30% in 5 days!

Hahahaha..

Sadoldgit seems to have gone quiet..

Apparently he is now a nuclear scientist...

Hmmm...

From lse..

You have to be realistic, this is a highly, highly speculative stock with only a small chance it will get anything actually over the line and reward shareholders in the manner we hope.

The old adage of never invest more than you can afford to lose applies more than ever to this kind of company.

If you are in over your skies here then go and read what happened at Synairgen or 4D Pharma, people on here might try and tell you it was different but really it isn’t; AIM, Drug Development cost and complexity, BigPharma and our own very real greed and dreams conspire together to create a very dangerous environment.

If you’re over invested then please be careful, the losses I made at Synairgen and the horrible stories I heard from people who had gone “all in” because they had been told “we know it works” was horrible

Lse just now...

Some people here are living in cloud cuckoo land.

£5 per share is not remotely in prospect. Nor is there anyone currently offering £2 or £1, so far as we know.

The recent RNS, and the Edison note, indicate that existing cash will run out later this year. Full P1 results are due in the next 2-3 months. This raises the alarming prospect that the company might run out of cash BEFORE receiving the full results. A further cash-raise in these circumstances would be an absolute disaster. It would not be at 20p, more likely all the way back to 10p. They must see this, and i.m.o. it is irresponsible to leave the possibility open.

Personally I do not believe they are foolish enough to try to raise cash in those circumstances. But until the possibility has been clearly denied, the share price will continue to slide.

Indeed a sobering post, but also very correct in respect of where this company is right now.

The poster is correct regarding big deals etc. In my opinion, there're no license or takeover deals on the horizon. The excitement of a Phase 1 clinical trial was in my opinion very over optimistic particularly when the happy clappers are ramping that large pharmaceuticals are wanting in. The ramping was ridiculous with so many posters talking up the value of £billion pound deals and comparing Sareum to successful companies that have made £billions. Perhaps it's because large pharmaceutical believe it's not very good? I could be wrong, but there is absolutely no evidence of deals.

If you invested 5 days ago you'd be down over 30%! In addition, a few kept comparing 2021 to now? It's so annoying and to be blunt nonsense talk. Different economic conditions and circumstances!

As you say, I've said many times a Phase 1 trial assesses only the basic safety of the new molecule and has nothing to do with whether it will work or not.

The problem now for this company is raising funds to start with a Phase 2a, which I suspect will be towards the end of the year or early next year. There is no doubt in my mind that dilution is on it's way, which will be very detrimental to shareholders. However, it is the only way forward. I don't see a partnership etc.

It never ends. Some have been here for 15 years!!!!! Investors have been promised again and again and the share price plummet's again and again (less than 1p old money).

We don't even know if the drug works? Sareum state "our approach is to discover and develop programmes to late pre clinical, or early clinical, stages before licensing or partnering, maximising the return on our investment". Well this goal is clearly not being met. Wonder why?

Have a good weekend! 👍

Sobering post on lse..

t is clear that there are reasons other than the much over used, go to excuse of mm manipulation, for the share price stagnating after an RNS stating progress and positivity.

I’ve read for years posts about the big pharmas have us on their radar, patents running out ,yet their is no evidence or proof of any of that. Just guesswork or hope. Finance has got to be a concern and the fact the only deal we could get previously was the RF model . Going forward my concern is that more dilution is the way they’ll go ,as to date ,there’s no evidence of a partnership to take this forward . Time will tell but I would have hoped we could have moved forward in terms of share price after the recent RNS. It’s always jam tomorrow with Sar.

Peaceandlove my friend..you called it!

You said preliminary 1801 data wouldn't really do anything.

The happy clappers said it would be transformational..

You were right!

Critical, not sure how you are? I do not understand any of your posts. Sorry!

The breakdown of the LSE happy clappers is astonishing. It's like they're having a real life breakdown! Can't see anyway back unless they announce a deal and soon.

I'm very disappointed that the discussions have met the conditions required by the disruptor.

Let's keep our eye on the ball.

You all know my thoughts on GSK and Sierra Oncology....and PH ...RF...

JUST CONSIDER WHAT GSK HAVE RECENTLY UNDERTAKEN AND HOW SAREUM ARE POSITIONED WITH THE CORONAVIRUS TRIALS!!!!!!
(Sharecast News) - GSK announced on Wednesday that it has restructured its collaboration with CureVac into a new licensing agreement, granting GSK exclusive rights to develop, manufacture, and globally commercialise mRNA-based candidate vaccines for influenza and Covid-19.

The FTSE 100 pharmaceutical giant said the agreement included vaccine combinations.

CureVac would receive an upfront payment of €400m, with potential additional payments up to €1.05bn based on development, regulatory, and sales milestones, alongside tiered royalties.

The collaboration, which started in 2020, had produced promising vaccine candidates for seasonal influenza, Covid-19 - currently in phase two trials - and avian influenza, in phase one trials, all using CureVac's second-generation mRNA technology.

Under the new terms, GSK said it would take full control over the development and commercialisation of the vaccines, marking a significant step in its strategic investment in vaccine platform technologies.

CureVac retained exclusive rights to additional infectious disease targets identified during the prior collaboration, and would be able to independently develop and partner on mRNA vaccines for other diseases.

The ongoing patent litigation between CureVac and Pfizer-BioNTech remained unaffected by the new agreement.

"We are excited about our flu/Covid-19 programmes and the opportunity to develop best-in-class mRNA vaccines to change the standard of care," said GSK's chief scientific officer Tony Wood.

"With this new agreement, we will apply GSK's capabilities, partnerships and intellectual property to CureVac's technology, to deliver these promising vaccines at pace."

At 0927 BST, shares in GSK were down 0.17% at 1,501p.

Tell me that the results that Sareum had re covid treatment are not somehow aparty to this...impending? ...insider knowledge? Disputable thoughts of advisors...and generally they are gone....puff...gone!
As PCS has posted.
I feel like I've been in an echo chamber here.
But if one wanted to join dots you need dots!
Well there are imo 'dots' here and specific interleukins and a specially blended capsule which is SOLUBLE!
Just look at the timelines with the naysayers turning up!
Nb the 'introducers' will be hoping for a return vis a vis the HNWIS....IE outstanding warrants
I read the opinions on WIP and Ahfam...the posts by WIP were timely and then possibly a bit too revealing! But imo it dovetails perfectly.
Ahfam is/was passionate about the opportunities that Sareum have with their NOVEL IPR!
But imo got caught up in the 'trap' set by the cleverly organised individuals to set the bait and hook him so as not to post relevant information re Sareums ipr.
It's a given set up, seen it many times....posters say ...yep I hold this and holding and adding...but wolves in sheep's clothing. There are a couple on lse I don't trust...but they don't read ADVFN so it matters not.
But I think it was Modell who said something that was a lighthouse in the infighting on lse...its about the patients.
That's why I am here.
Money is only a reflection of what?
Ferraris...yachts...mansions...(trust me yachts aren't cheap) ...but its about doing what's right...if you can...and that's why I'm here.
I believe in Tim and Charles.

SOG and others took a bit of a kickin today from a few posters on LSE - doesn't happen often. I believe some are getting sick of the constant ramping.
