Critical.

There is more chance of sareum reaching a billion pound valuation than there is of me being jailed.

You are a loon of the highest order.

Strap yourself in..looks like the share price is back to it's normal falls tomorrow...

Haha...

That's right critical..

Ignore the fact you said GSK returned 737 so they could buyout sareum...

You can't accept the fact you talk utter garbage...

Horrid...where did you go?

The same GSK who bought Sierra Oncology and said their focus was on momontelieb?

But surreptitiously 737 continues and our board rarely reported on the ongoing trials. Where is Kowalski nowadays?

Don't answer because you will need your energy when this 'debacle' gets blown open and Mr Steel and Mr Parker and the RF individuals are met with individuals who might have a despondency to the ongoings here.

Good night. 👍

Critical...sounds like your meds are making you sleepy.

I'm sure the EGM will happen at the same time as the GSK takeover that you said was happening..

Wolf you say...

I'm not saying that they can't do it...I'm saying it won't happen...

BoD have no reason to...

Really?

Because the tide is turning and you might have noticed that a couple individuals have noted their holdings on lse which could call an EGM.

Unless of course they are not genuine holders and actively posting on media sites that misleads genuine investors.

I mention this because this is exactly what has happened with Pfizer in recent days.

You know...Pfizer!? Who mislead the public with lies about the 'effectiveness' of its vaccine. And tried to tie it up for 75 years. Cost people jobs and ALL THE REST.

Individuals like yourself and your pseudonyms will be investigated such as Pfizer.

Ps that case is still ongoing albeit that's because they used individuals involved to spread misinformation.

Illegal misinformation!

It involves jail sentences eventually. They have a special place for such inmates in jail that lie to their community and friends and family.

They tend to employ sociopathic individuals who are so devoid of the repercussions that they all end up in the showers together. It's apparently very cleansing. Sociopath vs Sociopath.

The happy clappy shareholders are too thick...

Like the wee small band of renegades who attempted to storm the head office...and it was empty...

Sareum investors are a special breed of stupid...

Wolf?

I think you will find that 'yes' the board can call an EGM but noteably the shareholders can ALSO call an EGM when 5% of representation of proven shareholdings request such a requirement as per UK law.

Pretty sure given the context and 'said' holdings' of the PIs that 5% won't be an issue .

Happy to be proven wrong.

Best regards Steadydanny

Very on point by the investor on lse who has posted 3 times in 13 years!

Twice this evening!

They imo are obviously aware of the very poor decisions that have been made when given the recent fundraiser this could have been done when we were at £2.50 ish.

This is more than mismanagement by poor decision making acumen given the vitriol we are served about the cvs of appointed individuals to guide the scientific individuals...this is a British company researching drugs for the betterment of society backed by small private investors who have not only been bent over...but the affiliation with CRUK comes into play.

Let's not hope this reaches the papers like Sirius Minerals and the marketing they did to get the locals involved which effectively sold out to Anglo American with deep ties to Qatar and the reserves of potash that will be destined to re green elsewhere apart from our green and pleasant land...which is and will be a very similar story that garners attention such as the Post Office/Fujitsu/Horizon debacle that 100s of postmasters (akin to small private investors at Sareum)were all at fault but were not and the obfuscation kept them quiet.

Just imagine if a hit job was undertaken on a promising drug development company but it was put on a few years project by a larger pharma with certain assistance to divide the support and hope people forgot...and then it got 'rescued'.

EGM NEEDED ASAP.

Give the man credit...sadoldgit said we wouldn't hear from him for a while..and for now.. we haven't had the benefit of 1 of his theses...

I'm sure he's preparing his latest opus for his acolytes...

This RF deal may seem bad...but think about the billion pound valuation...

Good to see the RNS at the end of the day silence the happy clappy sheep...

Like Jan 2md all over again...

I already did Henry, you're just deflecting as usual because I caught your lie.
I destroyed your credibility here long ago and now I have exposed you further.
Time for you to sulk off for a while I imagine.

Brilliant post as always steadyfanny...

You should call an EGM.

I'm sure many of the LSE happy clappy rampers will be delighted to join you. They have nothing else to do.

You should have it in your secure ward...

Unfortunately the BOD will be too busy...working from home..earning 6 figures incomes from placing shares..

I think te point in time as I raised some time ago is an EGM needs to be called.

The individuals who took the time to have a meeting I Hope discussed this issue.

The ambiguity of RF and PH needs clarification. Otherwise any forward movement is still obscure despite the monies raised.

The allocation of funds raised needs to be voted on.

As I said we became a target at around £2.50, and anything positive by the Company via RNS should have improve market capital yet this has been walked and talked down...

A hit job. There's more to the ipr here than some realise re cytokine storms and cytotoxicity...autoimmuneconditions..it is in the media if you dig deep but legacy media avoid it...seemingly our IR team only offer the most basic lack lustre of updates..peculiar when you consider they are employed to improve shareholder value.

This has GSK (and imo possibly a tie up with another pharma...Notice GSK split itself in two...) written allover it especially given the 737 secret tie up...makes you wonder about the holders of the other 62.5% and how they are funded....

I'm not going to mention MHRA but just consider their involvement and why drug companies are moving locations..

So all the speculation on lse needs to be stopped via an EGM so we are not Sherlock Holmes type investors but shareholders who the BOD acknowledge properly.
