14/3/2024 18:09 | A company could purchase half our shares for around 7.5 million.... LSE just posted this now on LSE... So...why don't they sadoldgit?! It's because sareum is trash.. | wolfofwallstreets
14/3/2024 17:20 | Wolf a quiet word in your ear Elliot investments Give you some time to think over a massive influence such as Elliot has and the dealings of GSK and Emma Walmsley. They have a multitude of individuals looking for GSK to 'overstep' their shareholders prioritisation...eve The accountability and direct actions will be on Stephen Parkers radar. And then the other ex GSK employees. As I mentioned a few weeks ago this should have been suspended because the Directors are not performing as is required as the legal requirements of a Director. I will mention Elliot Investment again so their research analysts pick it up and look into Sareum. All best Steadydanny | criticalthinker1
14/3/2024 16:49 | CriticalStinker1... Once again.. your post is just meaningless... Submarine patents...confetence Wonder when that GSK bid is incoming.. | wolfofwallstreets
14/3/2024 16:33 | Peaceandlove It's literally like they are on the titanic sleeping and they don't know they have hit the iceberg and are about to wake up and go for dinner.. Utterly sad... A lot of them now seem to be planning a mutiny and taking over sareum..we will only invest in sareum if Parker stands down and they all take reduced wages... I bet the BOD just look at LSE and laugh... | wolfofwallstreets
14/3/2024 16:30 | For the love of god! It's cloud cuckoo land over on LSE. Apparently a big pharma might be smelling blood in the water over at Sareum but that doesn't mean we'll be sold cheap according to Hot. With patent protection on 1801 and good results Sareum be worth more than £100m+ so let's not think about selling that large diamond, that Sareum has in its back pocket for the price of a Big Mac just 'cos we're a bit peckish. Hot goes on "forget the name of the biotech who were offered about $600m but kept saying no and finally got about $6bn. Not saying that will happen to us but our IP is worth way more than our current m/cap". It's just talk. Omg give me strength 😆🤣 The market value of Sareum is currently £16.79million. 🤦🏻 It could be worth less than £10million next week. | peaceandlove
14/3/2024 16:18 | One thing that the board need to contemplate is any indication of NDAs can actually be overturned. I suspect this could be put forward if an EGM is requested. This from the Government website dealing with NDAS Currently, confidentiality clauses, or NDAs, cannot prevent an individual from reporting wrongdoing in the public interest, known as making a protected disclosure or ‘whistleblowin So effectively as someone who has held the position as a Director I'd like to point out it is not a position to be taken lightly. There are all manner of ramifications that come with it...such as their assets (unless signed over to a third party..) can become liable due to not acting in the companies best interests and making misleading statements. This will also in certain incidents be made apparent to those aparty to misleading information to the market. That will include NOMADS and IR etc. Especially individuals who are appointed to represent shareholders. So the board need to understand that NDAs are not a get out clause of 'ongoing discussions' that can't be disclosed due to sensitive market competition. So let's hear about the submarine patent, the effectiveness of the various conferences attended such as the JPM one. As in shareholder value. If the board don't offer something tomorrow given the narrative capital 'deathspiral' then I believe that Andy on lse is taking the right approach re accountability. All best | criticalthinker1
14/3/2024 10:21 | Peaceandlove totally agree... A lot of egg on a lot of faces.. Last sell price was 20p...looks like sareum are heading for a sub 20p share price now... | wolfofwallstreets
14/3/2024 10:08 | It's astonishing behaviour. In my experience this will not end well for them. Unfortunately, there is no money left at the Inn. If you watch Dragon's Den the Dragon's knock back many companies because of the amount of cash that'll be needed. Sareum are going to need so much more money. RF was their last option and it's gone wrong. Sad still talking in the £50- £100 millions is just pie in the sky talk. The game is over. You stupid boy." "Don't panic!" "They don't like it up 'em!" "We're doomed Lol 😆 | peaceandlove
14/3/2024 09:49 | If anyone needs a laugh... Over on LSe..the posters are now mounting a campaign to take over SAR... I just..I just can't deal with the material they are giving me... | wolfofwallstreets
14/3/2024 07:44 | The posters on LSE right now remind me of Dads Army... | wolfofwallstreets
13/3/2024 23:13 | Thanks Wolf. What came out of Horrid's mouth on many occasions, as I said was absolutely disgusting. His choice of language particularly using the term 'mong' was so shocking it makes me feel ill. Even though many people don't like what you've had to say, you haven't said anything near the things Horrid said. Your posts actually make me laugh. Moving on to LSE, it is quite unbelievable reading some of their posts. I feel a lot of them are very inexperienced investors - they'll hopefully learn something from all of this. Cheers 🍻 | peaceandlove
13/3/2024 22:57 | Peaceandlove... Again.. another bang on post.. Lse is just like the titanic now...a lot of face saving I'm sure... Agreed on Horrid..absolute revolting individual.. | wolfofwallstreets
13/3/2024 22:23 | Is this company joining the list of AIMS going bust? | kingston78
13/3/2024 20:49 | CriticalStinker1...h This is a death spiral... Heading for 10p a share.. | wolfofwallstreets
13/3/2024 08:13 | This is just a collapse... | wolfofwallstreets
13/3/2024 08:01 | Share price now in the 20s... Exactly where I thought... | wolfofwallstreets
13/3/2024 00:29 | If they do a consolidation they might be able to trick an institution into thinking their moderaty successful .... Oh no hang on they already did that | jas2022
12/3/2024 22:52 | Haha...CriticalStink Always wise after the fact... Nobody cares about a submarine patent... | wolfofwallstreets
12/3/2024 22:41 | Down about 60 !% Made well elsewhere But smelt the rf funding a mile off The posters on lse need affirmation of investment. I dare one of them who dares to admit they read the posts here to ask about the submarine patent! | criticalthinker1
12/3/2024 22:13 | Peaceandlove.. Sat here nodding and laughing at your post... Don't be a stranger..you are exactly right...keep posting. Some.on LSE are nursing real losses...its what happens when happy clapping gets out of hand.. Your points about horrid are bang on.. | wolfofwallstreets |
