“Watch and learn” - hahahaha

So you are “shorting this like a man possessed” whilst the stock is just above it’s lowest price in the last 12 months rather than when it was well over £1 a year ago?

What a clever little sausage you are.

Lazarus sounds like a retired tummy scratching echo chamber. Wip were are you? I reckon he and his mates are still in.
My biggest concern! SOG.
I'm still in. You have a voice here. Well on lse. Call out Parker ASAP.
Imagine him as your deal maker!
Read my previous comments.
Trust me investment from individuals with interest but due diligence say Parker is not trustworthy.
That's straight up 💯

At what time do the lse individuals post and what will they post.
Popcorn at the ready
They need to call an EGM immediately
That will then allow an investigation as per the rules as to who the HNIWs are.
Unless they purchase reduced warrants....which I advised is an option.....

If a director fails to exercise reasonable care and skill, he can be held personally liable for his actions. For example, if a director of a company fails to take necessary steps to prevent the company from incurring losses, he can be held personally liable for negligence.

If lse read this and you are truly a lth with funds invested through hard graft then consider this...
Stephen Parker is part of OPUS Corporate Finance ..now it is not mentioned below in our corporate website...

Dr Stephen Parker has a career in the healthcare and pharma sector that spans over 35 years, including 10 years in the City in advisory roles. He has sector corporate finance experience having been an investment banker focusing on pharma and biotechnology with Barings, Warburg and Apax Partners and has previously held roles as a partner at Celtic Pharma and chief financial officer of Oxford GlycoSciences. He holds a D.Phil. from Oxford University and an MBA from City University Business School.

Stephen is also chairman of Biodexa Pharmaceuticals plc and Drishti Discoveries Limited, and a non-executive director of MGC Pharma Limited.
Is this odd?
Well maybe...OPUS is a UK partner of the mergers alliance.
And if there was not a conflict of interest here I offer you the opportunity to look up Adrian Haxby who is also part of OPUS.
And coincidentally he held a position at....wait for it...are you ready....no it can't be true...surely a conflict of interest as a person employed still holds a legal confidentiality...but OK...times over...yes Haxby worked at PEEL HUNT!
Share suspension immediately
EGM immediately!
Directors within which their role holds they are required to undertake due diligence with appointed individuals...
I wonder if GSK have links to OPUS?
Is the next meeting in person as per the required stipulated rules?
Are RF linked to OPUS?
Plenty more to share but in due time.

Don't forget the question I put to Tim and Reader re the HNWIS and warrants was that as per a recent Q and A!
Was it possible that they could change the warrants?
The answer was effectively yes.
Why?
Because as I pointed out it has been done recently elsewhere.
I already knew they could if they wished. But maybe their employed expert dismissed previously?

If the HNWIS were 'above' the quagmire of certain 'debacles' them it would be an extraordinary affirmation of their investments in Sareum and the necessary science.
This DDR option camouflaged is game changing. Want to hear me talk about DNA and introduction of MRNA again. Cytokine storms and cytotoxicity
Just have a look at a converted Dr Campbell on utube.
He was late to the game but making progress.
Keep well and don't lie to yourself if you see oddities in friends families etcs health scenarios.

Funny you mention Ron and Reggie. They lived two streets down from Mavs. Never any trouble unless they were perps who divided communities who were honest. Chelsea smiles.
