Oh and Henry isn't it bizarre that our part ownership of 737 seems to get no acknowledgement.
This point

Sareum Holdings PLC - Cambridge, England-based drug developer for cancer and autoimmune diseases - Notes that GSK PLC has completed its acquisition of Sierra Oncology Inc, the licence holder of SRA737, for $1.9 billion. SRA737 was discovered and initially developed by scientists at the Institute of Cancer Research in collaboration with Sareum.

GSK now owns the licence rights to SRA737, the clinical-stage oral, selective checkpoint kinase 1 inhibitor that targets cancer cell replication and DNA damage repair mechanisms.

Under a $299 million licensing deal between Sierra and CRT Pioneer Fund LP, Sareum was eligible to receive a 27.5% share of any future milestone payments as well as royalties on any future sales of SRA737. The dosing of the first patient with SRA737 in any new clinical trial would result in a $2.0m payment from Sierra, now GSK, with 27.5% of this due to Sareum.
The income would be huge

Let's see how this plays out. If GSK are not in the game to buy Sareum I would be amazed...but quite conveniently our other patents have had numerous patent protection put in place that could work in combo with 737 and our scientists know 737 and 1801 1802 better than anyone.
This is going to go bang bigtime unless our BODs are privately bought out.
So I see an offer coming in and our share price destruction is deliberate and that we should be happy with x amount. We should be minimum 5 pounds now!
Imagine the backlash if they sold at post consolidation prices? I'd move abroad if I was them.
Oh and check out gates and China and flt3.
All best

And Henry ...with or of covid?
Wake up...spend sometime withe the two psychologists in your company.
If you got killed by a bus but tested positive for covid you were a covid statistic that is part of the economic deliberate destruction.
Don't forget Whitty said flu had disappeared....whilst hiking covid numbers...tumbleweed in your head Henry.

The scientists that are getting zero news coverage apart from GB News have proven that the 'vaccine' has no benefits to under 70 year olds. Documentary on Oracle Films. Its reported by a previously well respected journalist until mid 2020 until the gates bought media chastised and sacked individuals who wanted open honest debate. Why has an honest open debate on efficacy and reactions on no media apart from GB News occurred?
Ffs gates is even backing the ccp for ensuring the world is reliant on China.
Please just watch Mark Steyn on GB news tonight at 8pm ...but on catchup.
If you want to block me then fair enough but please just see his interviews re the vaccines.

Silver some of the lse posters are not trustworthy. Their responses to questions is something I aliken to Biden type scenarios. I mentioned it before.

Think some of the LSE people have stated it doesn't need disclosing unless it needs further work or is rejected.Personally I think we deserve to be told either way.

Henry a listed company has to report any news regarding ongoing operational updates and corporate objectives being achieved/not achieved....unless they are under NDAs that specific background tweaks/potential investor discussions are in place.
That's a given.
So my thought is that we are in discussions and the CTA may well be 'influenced' by a third party.
Also worth noting is that I believe NEDs can still buy/sell but main directors can't during such discussions. Which I note is the case.
Best regards.
If I'm wrong I will hold my hands up.

Does there need to be an RNS ? Unless the CTA has not been approved.
I thought it was a given that approval would be granted, with no need to confirm

Got my Covid booster this AM.
Pleased to say i havn't died yet

Anyone saying it is dangerous compared to Covid itself is a total pillock and should be excluded from any kind of NHS treatment

Once again ICU's will be full this Winter of idiots that wished they had had the Vaccine

So where is the CTA announcement or are we not getting one. Notice it's now being touted as 60 WORKING days now before a response becomes late.

Best wishes too Silver.
Re sareum I'm amazed if you Google 737 where it has been used in multiple scientific studies it is top draw!
No way GSK went after SO for momo.
Going to be a big uplift here and combos are not a coincidence. Just when will the info spill out?
Lots of money freed up by those not in support of government bonds here and globally. Lebanon and Sri Lanka and Netherlands are a talking point but not on msm.
All best and highlight of my day was levelling and reseeding the lawn after the dry period.

Also re sareum it might be noted that the pound against the dollar is dismal.
Also major investors are selling off UK government bonds. Atleast £60 billion initially.
Wonder where the money goes?
If I was a major institution I would have a percentage available to invest in early stage companies such as ours.
I shake my head that this dismal economic situation was not seen earlier by the BoE ... even I could see the cost of lockdowns would have an impact ....but apparently those in charge of the economy couldn't!!!
Deliberate destruction of middle class and they all laughed at Donald re being mainly dependent on Russian energy and closing down nuclear and coal powered energy.
There will be riots before Christmas.
Already are elsewhere but not reported!
The green agenda is a death toll.
The budget today is definitely part of the WEF agenda as I've mentioned before.
Good luck all.

Ah Critical it is a discussion between us since we lost the lad. Dates were planned and luckily we have dropped on to a gorgeous Merle Male who will be joining us in just over three weeks. So that will be five months and two months since they left us and yes we believe they would have wanted us to give another as good a life as we can provide. So he will be coming with us to our site in the future which is 12 months although we drop to 3 week visits from Mid November till Feb but make sure we are there for New Year's. Can only agree with you on dogs being given up. The number of ads we saw for 7 month to four year old dogs was upsetting. Think the older dogs are more due to cost of living than lock down dogs. Also with Collies and similar people don't realise they are not fireside dogs and need to be up and about. Still an absolute shame to see so many.So yes we are sad the way it happened but delighted to be bringing a new rascal into our family. Non dog owners won't appreciate it but the likes of Barkboo and yourself know the joy they bring.Don't think people were asking their Brokers not to lend out shares. They were advising putting sell orders at big amounts as then Brokers had to keep those shares available just in case that price was reached. Think people like Thoth2 had sell orders at £20 or higher.Enjoy your walks this weekend we head to the Northumberland beaches of Goswick, Bamburgh and Beadnell this weekend.Cheers
