That Grover had certainly been on the pop yesterday next time you see that bloke just shout out GROVERLAD see how he reacts. Critical along with Henry I will be having my booster for flu and Covid as soon as my GP wakes up as Norma says it's a numbers game.

Norma in absolute agreement.

I would love to see that posted again. Just as you pointed out about the 737 being tested abroad and defunct of a RNS.

Seriously question the motives of some of the lse posters. One seemed to know my q and a post to the board and directed it at me as being effectively disruptive. I kid you not.

It's worth noting FLT3 as I posted before and the links to AZ and Mr Miels.

Sincerely feel the lse "band' are trying to prepare and soften Sareum for a reduced price takeover.

Bit of a psychological warfare where bringing up past positives and potential forward positives are diminished by a poster on here in order to screw genuine holders.

Also rather interesting that the FDA fast tracked mometlieb in 2019

What's to say other drugs don't get fast tracked?

I'd just make sure patents were in place ...oh hold on...

Find something we haven't seen as purported by Henry to myself.
Well in fairness Henry I rely on your thought provoking and informative posts to allow a discussion to progress both past and present sareum information.
So I thank you for keeping new and older holders so well informed with your useful posts that give debate and consternation.
You should ask Tim to be part of the PR team as you would do a sterling job.
Or maybe he might just tell you to fo and stop being a ....
Ps is it possible to come along to your Xmas party with your employees?
Bet you are a fantastic boss.
Still trying to think what type of business that employs 11 people has 2 psychologists among them.

Feel a dread ?

Pathetic, post something of interest, or don't bother - i really don't understand what you think you achieve with the continued ancient copy and paste nonsense.

Why not block me ? I've been here way longer than you, with several like you, coming and going

Have some more Gin, and find something we have not seen

I actually feel a dread when I open up the advfn chat and what a certain individual will say to my postings.
Makes me wonder why he dosnt block me!?
Anyway. This has been posted before

hxxps://www.fiercebiotech.com/biotech/sierra-wanted-partnership-gsk-wanted-store-how-19b-buy-out-came-be

Not wanting to sound patronising but read the chronological timeline regarding other interested parties and about $140 million towards existing SO pipelines. GSK were not out for a picnic but I suspect the men in grey suits did their business! So they left.
Ffs they could have just gone for mometlieb...but they wanted the whole shop. They could have done a licence deal for mometlieb! but they didnt!/couldn't because imo the other owners of 737 were like ...yeah sorry but we are in the know that 737 has been progressed..as validated here ffs! Albeit foreign countries that are void of an update! So GSK bought the whole shop...just because it tidies up certain factors.
Were the other interested parties after SO just for Momelotinib?
If so there would have been a shave off and mutual agreement that party a takes momo and b takes on rest of SO with 737.
But they bought the whole shop!
For simply and only for mometlieb.
Come on I have said since sareums consolidation that it shook the tree and I was seeing a vacuum of sellers shares being absorbed.
It's slowed down now and the spread is as tight as.
HNWIS have their options...some haven't..albeit the share price drop..but just imagine if one of them takes advantage of their warrants!
Best regards Steadydanny

HNWI's

There is speculation as to why they invested, and whether they have sold.
I'm pretty certain that they did it in order to bolster the balance sheet and fend off potential low ball offers for the company.

They have the bonus of warrants which they will exercise eventually. Their investment is medium term, and their advisers would have been happy with the information they were shown

If they had wanted short term gain they would have brought on the open market (they probably did short term anyway)

If they have sold some/all, then so be it.The company has their cash

Horridhenry - I agree with Norma, your posting comes over as bullying..something I am not comfortable with.
Critical has been nothing but polite and his view is certainly positive.
I read all views on here - some I agree with some I don’t, it is not too difficult to be courteous…R30;or just ignore.

Norma, you can't defend this pillock. The posting is just nonsense, and we would be much better off without it.

He's not on our side btw, some of his views would get him imprisoned in most countries!

What is the difference between Gdufa and PDUFA?
GDUFA and PDUFA are US FDA programs that are designed to help the agency hire and retain a sufficient number and types of technical and scientific experts to evaluate human drug applications (NDAs and ANDAs) efficiently and predictably. GDUFA is associated with ANDAs, whereas PDUFA is associated with NDAs.

You couldn't make this up.
