Silver - had dogs all my life our Shih Tzu’s have always slept on our bed, and we have had them live to 18 in the past. Normally had to carry that one for a walk. lol

Both my wife, myself and our boys are dog fanatics as you might guess with the nom de plume, so I can feel your pain.

I have learnt over the years - never try and replace your dogs, they a one-offs. You know when it is time to give another little darling your love, and you slowly take in their new identity …your senses start working overtime. XTC I think that was?

Lost one of ours almost twelve months to the day - every time I changed a bin liner (I have to force my wife to buy heavy duty) our little bebster would attack the liner with rage….he was the sweetest dog but he just liked the ritual..and you could almost see him laughing at the game.

Changing the liner now - is no longer fun!

Silver - you know it takes time…but losing our little darlings is like losing a member of the family….

SGH. I am sincerely sorry for your loss and have a 14/15 year old rescue lurcher beside me. If I didn't have her I was advised as she was feral she would not find a home. Well 11 years on she is here! And we love her and the most gentle dog you could meet.

But seriously things are not right here. I am all for getting payback and what we bought into!
This from fierce biotech may 3rd 22.

Sierra Oncology was ready to take momelotinib to the market, but it needed help. What started out as an effort to find a strategic partner turned into a $1.9 billion buyout from GlaxoSmithKline, which didn’t just want an arm's-length deal. Chief Commercial Officer Luke Miels wanted it all.

This guy was never after momo as number 1 target at Sierra Oncology. He worked as EVP at AstraZeneca and before that Roche. He is a magpie!.
AstraZeneca have managed to get a court order to stop a previous employee (6 months deadline) to move to GSK.
Luke was pivotal in the SO deal!

"Wanted it all"

Screwed SO IMHO. Then a newbie from AZ moving to GSK gets stalled!

SRA737 is more imo than people realise and Kowalskis combos were a smokescreen.

I have noticed certain posters have stopped here.

One thing that grabs my attention is 6 months...Biden is claiming certain treatments will need to be privatised early 2023 due to constraints of his budget! Albeit preorders for certain things.

Much more I could say but I don't let politicians and lobbyists take advantage. After all we can smell corruption a mile off.

My post on LSE 26th 26 Dec 2021

RE: Hope everyone had a great day.....26 Dec '21

Re my earlier post.
I cant post the link as its a pdf you open with drive.
Look up indigo.bluematrix.com 31st May 2018. A report from Hybridan. Re FLT3 going back to Sareum and looking at using nanoparticles for oral consumption. Of which we were/are privy to all findings. Ps nanoparticles are used pretty much everywhere if you research so not a conspiracy thing!
However it was noted that sareum would be focusing on 1801 and 1802.
I'm of the opinion that research garnered from flt3 has proved useful for 1801 and 1802 and the submarine patent.
I further believe that Hybridan will act mainly as corporate brokers re FLT3 due to experience of it and PH are here for 1801 1802.
The SRA 737 well we don't hold the cards on that but have a share but noteably AZ are mentioned some time ago re FLT3.
Coincidence with the recent Sierra Oncology link up?
Food for thought.
Regards Steadydanny

And AZ today have stalled the appointment of an ex employee joining GSK due to conflict of interest and time parameters.

If you can't see there is a dagger behind the scenes scenario occurring you are blind.
GSK are plummeting and need a unicorn. AZ I suspect are fully aware of the nano angle re SO and GSK and Sareum.
Popcorn at the ready.

“We have completed most of the preparatory work for the clinical trial and have built a robust data package to support our ongoing partnering activities for this asset. Subject to regulatory approval by MHRA, we look forward to advancing SDC-1801 into clinical development.”

Enjoy this link

Get to the end and hopefully read the inbetween bits aka the science and maybe the 'what if we get an offer for 737' or 'they will give it back'..

This is the main reason GSK bought Sierra oncology!

Re read all RNSs since 2018
I'm of the opinion that GSK will license 1802 from Sareum in US and also Europe before end of 2022. Would benefit 737 imo.

Sareum will carry on with 1801 trials via HNWIs and progress psoriasis (which is a euphemism for pretty much everything autoimmune)

Sgh my point is we were aparty to its development and deemed it worthwhile to invest in...so maybe just maybe the expertise of some of our board fully understand the complexity of it. And thus GSK would want sareum as a partner ...that historical advantage and knowledge would add a significant value to it. Irrespective of Kowalski doing his trials and then moving on.
The BODs have been keeping an eye on it..pound to a penny they have been developing a potential combo ...and ensure US patents (I believe granted there) and many global countries are partially patent protected as we have applied for it.. Which we have!

Why would it perplex you. If GSk offer to buy 737 it will be nothing to do with us we have no say in it Ggggrrrr.Absolutely ridiculous agreement hopefully never to be repeated. The only thing we could hope for is that CPR don't accept a sh.te offer. Don't forget they are a charity and a small sum might seem a good deal for them to move money to other projects

Rather perplexed by HBDs post on lse today...would we take (hypothetically) £250m from GSK for our share of SRA737.
Something developed and funded by CRUK CTI and Sareum...which shows significant indications in its 'released' trials data.
I'm of the opinion if an offer was made for it then firstly it shows GSKs buyout of SO would have not been solely for momo (my belief!)..so massive flag there...and secondly it would prove intent to forward its trialling..most likely in combo...so another massive flag.

Genuine discussion appreciated...
