09/2/2024 09:34 | Topped up late yesterday. Not the opening I was hoping for but plan to hold for the long term. | our haven
08/2/2024 15:55 | Small Co syndrome very little liquidity | salver2
08/2/2024 15:53 | Yep it always overreacts. | disc0dave46
08/2/2024 13:32 | True enough but a severe reaction nevertheless | salver2
08/2/2024 13:19 | salver They've issued a profit warning for this FY, that's why it's crashing. Consensus was for at least 5% to 7% growth in earnings, they've said zero growth, after just one month into the year as well. Yes they near enough hit forecasts for FY01/24 but non licence Rev was actually down 7.5% and only the US is showing any growth. | disc0dave46
08/2/2024 13:16 | They are undervalued compared to profits that's why folk top up at these levels. | trt
08/2/2024 13:03 | only a fool would suggest there's only one way the share price is going. So many uncertainties to throw into the mix. Keeping powder dry until it's clear is probably the sensible course. | alter ego
08/2/2024 11:20 | I have grabbed a few more profits expected in line pretty much and nice cash in bank and no debt. Will bounce from here. | trt
08/2/2024 11:17 | whenever a share price falls the black horse will emerge. One trick pony. | alter ego
08/2/2024 10:48 | Money moving to GNC | blackhorse23
08/2/2024 10:02 | A couple of buyers have just stepped in. Perhaps the bottom? | barnesian
08/2/2024 09:36 | "Predictions are in line with management expectations and dividend yield is good."They've already warned that this FY profits will not be growing as the market expected.Surprised you've not topped up on the dip!. | disc0dave46
08/2/2024 09:32 | "Licensing revenue will clearly keep growing" With accelerated revenue recognition on many of the deals, this is far from certain. Nothing 'clear' about it, IMO Eric | pireric
08/2/2024 09:30 | Licensing revenue will clearly keep growing and yes sitting on an ever increasing cash pile. Predictions are in line with management expectations and dividend yield is good. | trt
08/2/2024 09:25 | As I've made the point previously will keep it brief - they arguably need a more fundamental/radical shift in their operating structure. Should they be manufacturing product full stop?. Why not adopt a silimar stratefy to CFX..?. Asset light. | essentialinvestor
08/2/2024 09:05 | Can’t disagree with your assessment- management need some sort of acquisition to increase volume as profit margins are high - lots of heat comes out of the company but not a lot of light ! | salver2
08/2/2024 08:52 | A slight miss on total revenue despite the significant increase in licensing (some £3.3m more than I thought!). But Circa 13p adj eps is in line with consensus.Revenue excluding licensing was down 7.5% with only the US growing. Their outlook even with licensing is for zero growth in profitability this FY. Consensus was for some slight growth in earnings of 5%, so a month in and already forecasting a miss. Why are they always sitting on a decent pile of cash?, don't get it tbh.Sorry but can't see much of an investment case here, core business has been going nowhere and licensing whilst growing could also reduce at the drop of a hat as fads change. | disc0dave46
06/2/2024 14:13 | Thanks. Sorry misinterpreted your post 1733, thought you meant results today. | disc0dave46
06/2/2024 12:43 | I saw the two trades on here. They were within trading hours and occurred minutes apart. I'm assuming it was a agreed buy and sell between two institutions. It should show up in an RNS soon. | barnesian
06/2/2024 12:25 | The million trades are now showing before close of play. Can't have been two identical sell trades could it?, highly unlikely IMO but it has caused a spike in volume traded which will have caught the eye of some traders. Thanks for the feedback though, don't use the stock exchange website much tbh but may start as I don't always get the RNS / News alerts from here (but do use Research Tree as the back up). | disc0dave46
06/2/2024 11:52 | I get most info, RNS, trades etc straight from the horses mouth, so LSE itself ( not the bulletin board ! ). I've setup a virtual portfolio over there, so I can easily see if an RNS is a full RNS or just a Reach, get email alerts for RNS' and viewing full trade info is easier Annoyingly, either out of hours or delayed trades ( I'm not totally sure ) are sometimes only shown on the day they're published though, so you can't always rely on historic data ... To prove me wrong on my out of hours / delayed statement they all seem to be there this time ! Maybe something was broken and they've fixed it and I never noticed ! | bareknee
06/2/2024 10:58 | Discodave Re "post trading ...". The honest answer is I don't know if that's true or not. All my googling told me was that SINT was a venue for the transaction ( see ), I didn't see anything to suggest such transactions are limited to being out of hours. My guess is that most of them will be, which probably makes it look like they all are, but that is just a guess. More generally ... There were 3 transactions btw, 2 of ~ 1 million shares and 1 of 100k shares | bareknee
06/2/2024 10:26 | HiThanks for the info. Question: the first trade was during trading and I thought SINT was post trading transactions? The later trade was after hours though. | disc0dave46
05/2/2024 21:47 | RNS in the morning? At 125p | barnesian |
