he posts as pspeedo at LSE and linksdean at discuss the market and iii.
6 years of posting 24/7 and the share price has fallen from £40 to 50p, a sign of insanity doing the same thing over and over again expecting a different outcome.

PspeedoTue 22:13 Sle came out of suspension in January 2016 from a possible offer discussions, sle are now still in 2016 and have confirmed it has received an approach from a possible offeror!.

Both 2016, so right actually, nutty non holders eh! He will be takin Christmas crackers.

better effort there, except of course that SLE weren't suspended during the bid period but did go into suspension in January, at least the suspension part and the January part was factual but as always posters never ever allow mere facts to stop them from posting boll*x.

so the running total relating to the placing

53 mill from the placing already gone to money heaven, unpaid balance from the last accounts, the deficit from the interims and the losses for the last six months which end at the end of this month, of course they should receive 9mill in time from Rawicz, not forgetting the one euro from Siekerki, that could be crucial.

so that's 11 mill options outstanding, 10 mill warrants for TOSCA, 2.9 mill warrants for Brandon Hill, if u are near a church it might be worth hedging your bets and lighting a candle so they receive and accept a bid.

just a few facts to keep us going. all based on the latest information from the company.

a. Eroton are not allowed to pay a dividend to Bidco until next year at the earliest.
b. therefore it is impossible for SLE to receive any payments from Bidco until then.
c. there is no bid
d. there has been no confirmation from SLE if the talks are with the chinese or a martian.
e. SLE has not said they would pay a dividend as it could be a share buyback
