19/12/2016 08:04 | Bid at £1.40 expected? | strongbuy
19/12/2016 07:47 | the company must have talked to TOSCA otherwise they would be wasting their time, unless of course it is TOSCA. if it is TOSCA they will want to pay as little as possible for the remaining shares. | o1lman
19/12/2016 07:31 | Well if there is a takeout , then am sure if they have any brains between the ears , they will show the door to OF rather promptly . | jotoha2
19/12/2016 07:20 | AlwaselSun 08:15 I first bought SLE in March 2011 and after believing OF I averaged down until January 2014 costing a total of GBP 13567 and an average price of 12p. After SLE’s financial trickery I now own 1143 shares with a value of less than 500 quid at today’s price and an average price of around 12 quid to get anywhere close to getting my investment back and sure to be many more investors in a similar position to myself. When it’s all over OF will be one of the very few winners from this company. | o1lman
19/12/2016 07:15 | Oh wow - so pleased you posted today's RNs otherwise I may have missed it! | elrico
19/12/2016 07:09 | ("San Leon" or the "Company") ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING TAKEOVER SPECULATION The Board of San Leon notes the takeover speculation regarding San Leon in the weekend press. The Board of San Leon today confirms that it has received an approach from a possible offeror, which may or may not lead to an offer being made for San Leon. This announcement does not constitute an announcement of a firm intention to make an offer under Rule 2.5 of the Takeover Rules. ............ lovely jubbly. | o1lman

18/12/2016 17:28 | Great for those who were long before the last suspension! | linksdean2
18/12/2016 17:04 | The opening bid is 80p, I expect they will pay more than that and there may be others bidders joining in. There will be the smell of fried shorters in the morning. | czar
18/12/2016 16:38 | Non holder!..and that came to nowt which is the same you own here.. Makes you wonder if the same non holder works for the Chinese eh! .. Ie trying to drive share price down for a cheap t/o bid!!!.. As why would any sane pleb with no vested interest have any interest or say in a company they had no interest in?.. With this news says it all!. Go figa! | linksdean2
18/12/2016 16:11 | Takeover rumour penned by journalist Jack Horgan-Jones, who, entirely coincidentally, aslo broke the news of an SLE takeover in August 2015. | callasjunkie
18/12/2016 08:44 | Any take out must be over £1 with Tosca owning this! It is not surprising San Leon are being bid for, the current market cap does not reflect the assets and earning power. | czar
18/12/2016 04:37 | hxxps://www.business Should be interesting on monday | pastyman3851
16/12/2016 11:18 | Only this time the ramps still engaged whilst the boat sinks - you would have to be especially incredibly stupid to clamber up it. Unless you could lay claim to the timber like Tosca. | witheco
16/12/2016 10:59 | san leon sheep entering the ark, or is it lambs to the slaughter ? | o1lman |
