11/6/2007 11:48 | how likely do you think takeover/lbo is? i see price is at 5 year trend line but dropping- if it drifts to £2-10 or gets bashed on a big down day i d have thought a very good buy. Anyone got an idea of a fair bid price? | pyman

07/6/2007 13:31 | cover I can rarely buy right at the bottom of a down turn, these are difficult markets to judge, but I think anything below 245p will in time seem cheap and show me a profit. You get the investor who would like to buy, but is always wary that the price will go lower, so they end up not buying, and at the other end you get the buyer who sees a good rise and a good profit, but he hangs on because he hates to see a rise after he has sold, then when the price retreats, he wishes he hadn't been quite that greedy. | w.bramley
