21/5/2007 12:49 | cover Would be wise to sell, as you seem sure it will go lower, however whoever buys your shares must be taking the opposite view. Will be interesting to see who will be right, my bet is on the buyer. I asked a similar question to one who was undecided what to do on the AHT thread, the price was 153p and I asked, if the price should rise by 3% would he then think, it is time to buy before it takes off, but his answer was, he would wait to see if it came back down to 153p. The price has gained 10p since then, and looks to be on the up. | w.bramley

18/5/2007 13:29 | because mikejay is obviously short!! I have to agree with Bearishbull. I have held for a long time, - a very solid stock with ample opportunity to trade as well. Look at the share price graph! I doubt MSFT will ever make a move, but SGE is expanding in an orderly manner and will become very big in due course. There's always a first time but to date mngmt haven't slipped up once that I recall. | lyntwyn
18/5/2007 09:25 | If there is going to be a small correction in the markets this will take a bigger hit than most. Be careful. | mikejay
18/5/2007 09:00 | AFAIK Sage has NEVER disappointed the city - results always in line with or better than expectations, yet this is never recognised in the share price Worries that Microsoft may use its power to muscle in to Sage's market has effected the share price for years. Microsoft have never really gone for it, but there are hints in these results that they may be starting to take an interest... I don't currently have a position is Sage, having previously held for many years. If I get any spare cash I would look to trade this, rather than serious long term holding again, as it does rise and fall rather nicely! | bearishbull |
