As someone who has never flown with the likes of Easyjet (am from Ireland), could someone please explain to me what the difference is? Montyhedge obviously has a grudge so his opinion doesn't count..

I think a 2 hour journey to various euro Capitals and destinations is bearable when you only pay from £10.I`ve had worse car journeys.A break or holiday is not about the few hours spent on a plane for goodness sake.

Just seen on catch up tv titled Britain's most hated airline, I would not fly with Ryanair even if free.

All true. Although some of this is obviously already priced in and has been for some time.

I like your intentions on gradually buying in. Could prove a wise move. I do fear i'll wait just a little too long.

Will see what next week brings but I can't see these rising significantly until Brexit becomes more clear.

Can't go wrong buying at this price though imho.

Well I bought s small amount and intend to very gradually scale in.
I've long since given up attempting to get the ..best price.

Would guess another guidance cut with the planned strikes in mind and
a no deal exit may lead to lower share price levels, how low?, less sure on.

There is also wider macro data to consider, the UK (second largest country market) looks to be nearing recession and much of Europe also starting to slow.

Question still remains how low can we get in?

Ryanair has a investment I can see a case, but personally I've flown once never again with them.

I find Ryanair a very efficient and simple way of getting to Europe quickly. At a very good price. Cant fault them if used sensibly.

The news of strikes will only feed the negative sentiment.

We may get opportunity for below €9 as October approaches, if 'no-deal' gets even more likely(?).

I really like Ryanair I travel light so don't need to pay for checked in luggage and never buy food or drinks on the flight so find their frequent flights and low prices ideal for my needs.I know they are basic but when it's only a 2-3 hour flight who cares they are nearly always on time and have never experienced a cancellation.I would certainly miss them if they were not there and it would almost certainly lead to higher prices.

Puts you off flying altogether with the amount of strikes threatened and other issues recently.

THAT I CAN WELL UNDERSTAND

What i will never understand is the unions always seem to hurt those that might
sympathise with them

Reports from Spain that Ryanair are planning base closures including Faro from January 2020. Potential good news for EZY.... https://www.expansion.com/empresas/transporte/2019/08/07/5d4ae30ce5fdeae8328b457e.html

levels - the market may not oblige - hopefully it will!!.

Indeed.

Just seeing how low it will go between now and end of year. Will be buying more at around €8-9 .

Monty. Problem with IAG (medium term) is their business class exposure-
if marco continues to weaken.
Trading opportunities there for sure, but not one for me atm. Strong day for IAG yesterday against trend which traders will have noticed.
