09/10/2024 18:10 | #1690, "Andrew Brode would lose IHT exemption when passing on his assets so cash proceeds would be treated the same as his share holding when it comes to IHT." Indeed, but he would also have to pay CGT as well as IHT (which isn't the case at the moment.......at least until Ms. Reeves' budget on 30/10). | jeffian
09/10/2024 09:02 | Thank you alotto | bulltradept
09/10/2024 08:53 | The price imv is already ridiculous Fuelled also lower by BPR anxiety Gotta be vulnerable now having been approached in not so distant pastNRI | value viper
09/10/2024 08:45 | If BPR goes, I believe RWS becomes a more likely candidate for takeover. Andrew Brode would lose IHT exemption when passing on his assets so cash proceeds would be treated the same as his share holding when it comes to IHT. | alter ego
09/10/2024 08:37 | In tandem with removal of BPR on AIMHoping not | value viper
09/10/2024 07:03 | It's on their website. End of month | alotto

03/10/2024 13:58 | It's a strange drop alotto, hopefully there is nothing seriously wrong. The half year report was not awful. Looking at the float and the institutional holdings and changes in said holdings I can't work out where all the sold shares are going. The last negative holdings RNS was back in February 24. So, could be something wrong, or could be PI's being squeezed. Sell your losers etc...??? | indiestu
03/10/2024 06:04 | I start wondering if there is any structural issue with this company. Maybe translations has changed so much that RWS offers something not as marketable as it used to. | alotto
02/10/2024 21:57 | That's a new 9 yr low , it has been a rather relentless last 18 months. And if AIM IHT status changes that won't help either. | wad collector
27/9/2024 17:40 | Hound Partners buying to cover would be my guess. | indiestu

27/9/2024 15:27 | What's ltg? | alotto
27/9/2024 15:15 | Andrew Brode's LTG takeover approach - he owns 14% or soIs this next where he owns 25% ? | value viper
25/9/2024 12:02 | Hi Indiesty | alotto
25/9/2024 11:12 | Will we see a MACD crossover by close and an ensuing rally next week? They had confidence to raise the dividend at HY, can they sustain it? It's currently yielding 7.6%, this must be on the radar when investors start to move out of cash as interest rates begin to fall in the UK. Hound Partners have 1.18% short on the company they opened over the summer. They have to buy back 4,350,896 shares in the market. That's going to take them 6.6 days to cover. I'm rolling the dice. | indiestu
24/9/2024 11:35 | Will a strong Sterling vs. Dollar devalue US Dollar earning stocks? | alotto

23/9/2024 13:05 | More sellers than buyers. | indiestu
23/9/2024 12:58 | Why does this keep hedging lower? | alotto
23/9/2024 11:53 | Mark Lawyer is the spitting image of the Terminator (aka Arnold Schwarzenegger, first Terminator movie). Clearly the right choice to lead Regulated Industries & Linguistic AI at RWS. | indiestu |
