24/7/2019 12:01 | All depends on which side you sit. Maybe it wasn't this after all, maybe some thought it was ex divi today. | encarter
24/7/2019 10:28 | Inaminute, the various places I have been into with a strong union presence, usually has the shop steward in a nice cosy office getting full shift rate and 'risk money' whilst doing a 9 to 5 stint sat on their bottom next to the tea/coffee facilities! It's one reason why I have never voted Labour. Orwell with his Animal Farm was very close to the truth. I notice Orwell has been off the schools reading list for over 30 years. | lefrene
24/7/2019 10:03 | The union leaders will still take their fat pay packets and perks whilst 'serving' their struggling members. Was ever thus. Usually the worst float to the top of the union world comrade | inaminute
24/7/2019 09:29 | that's all unions do though I used to be in one when negotiations going into artibration it's the precursor to strike because they make demands that no sane business would agree to. If they compromised then the business could make a deal but they don't. So it always ends up as a strike. I refused to get involved especially when you see the demands they were making were ridiculous. You have to look at the real world and the alternatives, these posties will just decimate the business have to go elsewhere where they'll end up working as self employed for another carrier. | creditcrunchies
24/7/2019 09:09 | I wouldn't say on the verge. | zztop
24/7/2019 08:45 | the huge drop is all about the union on the verge of going on strike then they'll just lose so much business no wonder nobody is interested in putting a bid on this company it's such a mess. | creditcrunchies
24/7/2019 08:39 | the unions are going to kill this company at this rate the company is already in trouble | creditcrunchies
24/7/2019 08:30 | If you bought at say 195 you've made what you would have got with the divi already then you buy back after ex-div around the level you started, that way the divi is effectively paid straight away. So if you're a divi investor you need to look longer term imo because it takes a while to recover back. Let's face it this company is a bit of a train wreck at the moment. | creditcrunchies
24/7/2019 08:23 | the share price is behaving as if it is gone ex div.something else has spooked the share price | sr2day
24/7/2019 08:17 | tomorrow it's ex div if you buy tomorrow you buy at ex div, I've had buy orders at a certain level before on stocks where ex div day triggers the order because it dips at the open. Say this is 220 at the close today it'll open at 203 tomorrow | creditcrunchies
24/7/2019 08:15 | No I think it's tomorrow | samartin
24/7/2019 08:12 | is it already ex today? | nobilis

23/7/2019 13:00 | I think so K3ndo, as I believe RMG go x-divi on Thursday 25th July. might sell out today or tomorrow though, as about £150 up, as more then likely to lose 17p per share on x-divi day, and look to buy in lower on the day of after, but WTFDIK. | kulvinder |
