LONDON, Sept 8 Financial spreadbetters expected Britain's FTSE
100 to open 4 points higher, or up 0.1 percent, Germany's DAX
to gain 22 to 23 points, or as much as 0.2 percent, and France's CAC 40

The Japanese NIKKEI225 has fallen 15% in the last month, and has fallen overnight.

China's main index has yet to find firm support.

India's Nifty Index has fallen 15% too.

The concern must be that this is not just markets correcting, but actually reflects a real economic downturn by these three major Asian economies.
