100 to open 4 points higher, or up 0.1 percent, Germany's DAX

The Japanese NIKKEI225 has fallen 15% in the last month, and has fallen overnight.

China's main index has yet to find firm support.

India's Nifty Index has fallen 15% too.

The concern must be that this is not just markets correcting, but actually reflects a real economic downturn by these three major Asian economies.

Yes the daily wash and rinse got off to a slower start today. With NY closed finding reasons to justify it took a little longer.
