All dead cats bounce and given how far this has fallen it may bounce nicely but its a dead cat. Sales professionals are driven by the excitement and commissions of selling. They are like strikers on a football team. If they are leaving they are doing so because they can make more elsewhere - binary. This means RDT has less sales capacity which will be reflected in more of the same - i.e. no sales. The CEO is a shocker and the Chairman is rotten. The recent rise is not sustainable unless sales come through - the stock is in a vacuum. Lets hope someone takes these miserable incompetent idiots out and we are able to take what few pennies we have left off the table and put it into something better.

Paul Hill also of Vox markets has or used to have a holding in RDT according to his podcasts last year. He may have sold but at th3 tim3 was pretty pessimistic as to its prospects

#boll you could be right, JW punted this years back when it was 7p a share,£3.50 after the consolidation. 2 months back it was 25p, still not there yet.

They must have some win news coming soon, it's been a year of silence.

I guess the fund raise price of 25p should be the next target..

@1jki - not speaking to shareholders is a disgrace. They are defaulting on their most basic responsibilities which reflects a deep weakness. Communicating good or bad news is fundamental to strong leadership and when you are up to your neck in it, over communicate. They don't have to share anything sensitive but confirm and discuss - create a relationship. They are not fit for their jobs and to be frank it is appalling manners to not take a call from a shareholder.

No communication is rarely good news.
There have obviously been no significant wins and client attrition does occurs over time. Not hearing about wins and/or losses is very concerning.
If there were meaningful clients losses during the money raise, was this information communicated to potential investors with updated ARR and revenue numbers.
The burn rate is increasing the cash diminishing and the share price tanking. This BoD will keep spending investors monies on themselves, their friends and family until the cash runs out again.

Very low volume - unless there is a large trade in the background. Options are exercisable at 25p so it's in PW's interests to get the share price going northwards. I'm more interested in the calibre of client they are pulling in. (Things may be far better behind the scenes than the share price would indicate) Time will tell etc.

I suspect the CEO will be replaced with someone much better and the share price will rocket if it does .. he is just not up to it in my opinion

How much are the directors drawing from the company ? Perhaps their remuneration should be linked to the share price i.e share price declines 50 % remuneration declines 50% . This has been a disaster . I had hoped with brexit red tape their turnover and profits would rise but ...
