How does Journeo fit with RDT?

I see that the Bottomley family now hold 14.4m shares or 4.27% according to the RDT website. Gresham, Amati and Octopus all appear to be unchanged!

How much are the directors drawing from the company ? Perhaps their remuneration should be linked to the share price i.e share price declines 50 % remuneration declines 50% . This has been a disaster . I had hoped with brexit red tape their turnover and profits would rise but ...

For all those wishing to see the charts relating to the latest Spend Matters solution rankings, please go to the link:

hxxps://spendmatters.com/solutionmap/

- select 'Spend and Procurement Analytics Solution'
- enter your email address

You will then see the latest ranking charts for the market. Rosslyn does not appear in the SME rankings and is no longer seen as competitive in either the MID or LARGE rankings, 3rd from last. So much for the millions wasted on the product and the marketing.

In the news also the CEO and CFO have issued themselves 5,000,000 options each at 1p. Just shows that however much damage is done to the share price, there are always ways to try and fill your own pockets without actually buying any shares with your own money.

Seem to recall a contributor stating:

"kemche is the silent buyer , the share price will soon whhooossssh. a kem special."

Then

"2p before the AGM"

Not sure what these people are basing their forecasts on, appears they live in a parallel universe where being a catastrophic BoD somehow gets rewarded by the markets. That is if you consider a pathetic upswing from 1p to 2p to be positive, considering where the share price was before this team took over.

Boll, are you a turnaround consultant, looking for an in?
When the management took over they knew the skeletons in every cupboard, else they were incompetent from the start.
The company was near break even turning over 7,500,000 with a target growth of 10%.
There was 7,000,000 in the bank for acquisitions and shares at 6.5p
To date we have had no acquisitions, 7,000,000 wasted on themselves and pet projects, we have a share price at below 1.5p, 2 poorly executed disposals and and possibility of the shares being suspended if the reporting does not happen in the next few days, according to AIM rules.
This may seem like a success story for you, all the best with your investments.

Hastings - 'only in place for 18 months'
CEO took over with 7.5 million of revenues, 6.5 million in the bank and the share price at 6.5p.
Roll forward 18 months and post sale of Langdon, we have 5 million in revenues, probably less than 1 million in the bank and the share price at 1.5p.
Looking forward to the next 18 months then.

Interpreting the note from Masurenguy:
1. Rebranding -> new name and new website, good idea
2. New functionality -> all software products evolve, what new functionality?
3. Towards 'partner-led' -> always an ambition for any software company, which new partners?
4. Pipeline of prospects -> sounds like 'my contact list got bigger'
5. New orders -> no meaningful details as to impact on revenues and ARR for FY23, actually no news about anything in the whole of FY22, company went dark.

In summary for FY 22:
1. New management team -> with no proven experience in running a plc
2. Revenues dropped by 1.5m -> when it was meant to grow or at least stay flat
3. Cash dropped by 4m -> what on earth was that spent on, did the senior team get performance based pay increases? What were the metrics, not revenues or ARR
4. High staff turnover -> Glassdoor not good reading
5. No big new clients / contracts -> no news in FY22
6. Selling off parts of the business -> need for cash after wasting so much of it
7. Directors not buying shares -> maybe waiting for share price to drop further?

Desperately looking for the light at the end of the tunnel here.
For clarity I am long the stock, not too much but enough to be irritated by the lack of any constructive activity to turn share price back towards the 5p-10p mark.
