Kemche - makes me queasy when I hear a CEO talk about shifting sands. As the saying goes "it is very difficult to stand upright when you plant your roots in shifting sands". Lets hope they have shifted!

I don't think I disagreed did I ? I merely said that I reckon they'll do a raise at some point and also consolidate the shares.

hastings, current burn rate is 217k/m declining to 100k/m beyond May.
Let's assume average 150k/m for 4 months then 100k/m beyond.
Cash at end Dec 1m so in the absence of new funds they're telling you cash runs out August.

They have explicitly burned through millions for absolutely FA.

Explicit from May onwards, that being £100k pm. Obviously will need some more cash though and will most likely succeed in conjunction with a consolidation of the shares!

Well obviously they need another fund raise. They're explicit on the cash they have and the burn rate through to May.

Maty - My famous last words - I personally don't think the big seller today - or the days that may follow - is the recent 10m buyer. I think they may take this recent decline on the chin. I think it is more likely to be one of the institutions that came in at 4 or 5p - they have simply thrown in the towel. I saw someone write earlier - "We were all lulled into believing the emperor had clothes on when indeed he was completely naked." Or the seller could potentially be one of the founders who have left and are upset with what this team has done to the company.

Still no clear path to profitability, if they need another fund raise before they turn the corner it'll likely be curtains.

The big seller must almost be finished unless it's the recent 10 million getting out

How much are the directors drawing from the company ? Perhaps their remuneration should be linked to the share price i.e share price declines 50 % remuneration declines 50% . This has been a disaster . I had hoped with brexit red tape their turnover and profits would rise but ...

The economics/financial metrics are worse than when it listed. Certain things are improving - that is good news - but everyone is wearing a loss so any good news will inevitably be met by sellers. Sad state of affairs.

I don't read too much into the lack of news, as it has become a constant theme here, such as running things down to the wire.I am however intrigued by the recent revelation that Mr Bottomley has passed the 3% and it'll be interesting to see if he adds to that. Given the space it operates in RDT should be thriving, particularly if it's offering is as good as is claimed.Personally, quite surprised that it hasn't been taken out, or even gone down the delisting route as there would seem little point in maintaining a listing, given the size.
