28/10/2022 10:04 | Boll, are you a turnaround consultant, looking for an in? When the management took over they knew the skeletons in every cupboard, else they were incompetent from the start. The company was near break even turning over 7,500,000 with a target growth of 10%. There was 7,000,000 in the bank for acquisitions and shares at 6.5p To date we have had no acquisitions, 7,000,000 wasted on themselves and pet projects, we have a share price at below 1.5p, 2 poorly executed disposals and and possibility of the shares being suspended if the reporting does not happen in the next few days, according to AIM rules. This may seem like a success story for you, all the best with your investments. | harry163
27/10/2022 21:14 | What if the skeleton is not in the cupboard and there for all to see? | kemche
27/10/2022 21:11 | in answer to your question the answers no. It's always difficult coming into a business to turn it around. you quickly in my experience find lots of skeletons in the cupboard | boll
27/10/2022 20:30 | Hi Boll! Are you and RDT employee that’s been out for a bit of Dutch courage before you put out the results? | smithydave

13/10/2022 06:56 | Sad state of affairs - looking back this company was growing when it IPO'ed - they missed their numbers but they were focused and growing at +c.30%. For some reason the board started removing the founders and the new personalities entered into a diversification program which they are now unwinding. Costing us dearly and yet they continue to earn good fees. The BoD need to take responsibility as some have been there throughout. The supply-chain and procurement market is strong and we are sitting on the sidelines watching - infuriating. These results we are about to receive are important - whilst the sale of Langdon an established SaaS business for £100 is a slap in the face for us all. | 38js
11/10/2022 16:46 | maty, I know its amazing. Its as if the major shareholders, who obviously back the BoD, are now realising their error and are trying to quietly walk away, hoping no one points the finger at them. Looking forward to the disastrous accounts being delivered, if the BoD dare to... | harry163

10/10/2022 15:05 | This is getting to the stage that 'we know of no reason RNS' should be issued. | oldernie

06/10/2022 16:37 | Much appreciated. Thanks Hastings. | professor x
06/10/2022 13:38 | I am indeed and I hold what I consider a lot!I don't often average down but have done here, although I need 4p to break even. So, I'm as cheesed off with the share price as everyone else. I continue to hold as I believe it is decent tech which should be all the better given the apparent revamp.By most measures on this type of business it is dirt cheap now, but as long as people sell it'll continue southwards, until a point of course. My only concern here is that it is taken out on the cheap, although given Gresham etal being on board the big fund raise a couple of years back then I'd expect them to want to get as much back as possible. As an aside a Tweet in the last hour referenced Sony as a customer, not sure if that's long standingg or relatively new. | hastings
06/10/2022 13:30 | Are you still holding Hastings? | professor x
06/10/2022 10:00 | Additionally, now trading at under 1xARR increases the prospects of this being acquired, which I have mentioned perhaps too many times now.Anyway, good luck with your holding, if you are still on board here. | hastings |
