06/10/2022 09:57 | Harry, I absolutely acknowledge your points and you'll see from my previous posts that I'm far from happy, nursing a hefty loss at present. That said, it appears clear to me that he had the backing of the likes of Gresham and Amati, so changing now for another shift in strategy seems wrong, but each to their own.I noted last year Ken Wotton at Gresham stating that he saw it as being extremely undervalued and if it languished at the then levels it would likely attract attention of another in the space! Far from happy on the cash burn, but recent contract news has at least been positive, so perhaps the directional shift is beginning to pay off. When I speak with them, I want to hear that there is intention of taking it private, which would not be advantageous to holders of course | hastings
06/10/2022 07:39 | Hastings - 'only in place for 18 months' CEO took over with 7.5 million of revenues, 6.5 million in the bank and the share price at 6.5p. Roll forward 18 months and post sale of Langdon, we have 5 million in revenues, probably less than 1 million in the bank and the share price at 1.5p. Looking forward to the next 18 months then. | harry163
06/10/2022 07:19 | I think you need to have another look at the release. It clearly states that it has been sold to Langdon Ltd (management) Regarding a change of management, the CEO has only been in place for 18 months, so although the business appears to have underperformed it needs to be viewed in the context of the change of direction implemented. | hastings
06/10/2022 07:00 | No one has actually got an idea who took over Langdon ... maybe someone close in my opinion Need a change of management | maty
06/10/2022 06:36 | Been in direct touch with the CEO and the financial PR people to arrange a results day catch up. Hoping to cement that today with a date, which will provide a welcome opportunity! | hastings
05/10/2022 15:37 | I'm going for £9.68 | kemche
05/10/2022 14:14 | It'll be interesting to see what price they take for integritie if a sale goes through, given they paid £2.5m! | hastings
05/10/2022 13:40 | Maybe Tina can act as strategic consultant to the BoD. At this stage even an internet clown would add value, intelligence and integrity to this board. | harry163
05/10/2022 13:29 | Have we not suffered enough without the help Mrs Tina bloody Doyle? | kemche
05/10/2022 13:16 | How the current BOD operates beggars belief. | kemche
05/10/2022 12:58 | Just read through the prior RNS's re Langdon, ARR was quoted at > £800K.... How can you sell £800K ARR for £100K? It was also reported as profitable in 21. Simply cut 2 heads and you'd be break even. The RNS also says Spend data through customs doesn't lead to spend data opportunities !!! Madness. | 1jki
05/10/2022 12:32 | 1.65p to buy again, still can’t quite get myself to press the button again. DC | daicaprice
04/10/2022 09:00 | Bought out of Admin for 40k, generating revenues of over 750k from loyal client base, reported as being profitable in 2021 and sold for 100k. How does this make any sense. | harry163
03/10/2022 15:54 | They sold it for 100k?!?! It was bought for 40 odd BEFORE brexit the biggest opportunity in the industry in decades and the end result was it running at a loss and selling for 100k. The mind boggles. | smithydave
03/10/2022 13:46 | Bigger buyers. DC | daicaprice
03/10/2022 10:42 | Big sellers again .. oh dear | maty
03/10/2022 06:53 | They only paid £40k for it! Takes about a dozen off the payroll though. Be interesting to see if the other up for disposal goes, which should raise considerably more! | hastings
03/10/2022 06:39 | Langdon sold .. seems like a small amount 100k .. wished they had asked me ? I would have been interested Anyway move forward and consolidate hopefully In my opinion | maty
29/9/2022 07:13 | All confidence has been lost throughout AIM never mind here, great to see them picking up a nice new contract though. Great long term value from here. DC | daicaprice
29/9/2022 06:22 | Really good looking announcement, great to get such high quality customers.... | chrisdgb
29/9/2022 06:18 | Nice new contract win announced and importantly with another sizeable player overseas. Current share price is paltry, but hey ho. | hastings
29/9/2022 04:26 | This is a very strange operation .. should have sold non core assets along time ago , spent alot on new platform ? .. giving away for little monetary value a contract .. goes on and on Why are management still in place Seems the old management did a great job ?? In myopinion | maty
28/9/2022 14:18 | How odd that they never do. | kemche |
