Harry, I absolutely acknowledge your points and you'll see from my previous posts that I'm far from happy, nursing a hefty loss at present. That said, it appears clear to me that he had the backing of the likes of Gresham and Amati, so changing now for another shift in strategy seems wrong, but each to their own.I noted last year Ken Wotton at Gresham stating that he saw it as being extremely undervalued and if it languished at the then levels it would likely attract attention of another in the space! Far from happy on the cash burn, but recent contract news has at least been positive, so perhaps the directional shift is beginning to pay off.When I speak with them, I want to hear that there is intention of taking it private, which would not be advantageous to holders of course

Hastings - 'only in place for 18 months'
CEO took over with 7.5 million of revenues, 6.5 million in the bank and the share price at 6.5p.
Roll forward 18 months and post sale of Langdon, we have 5 million in revenues, probably less than 1 million in the bank and the share price at 1.5p.
Looking forward to the next 18 months then.

I think you need to have another look at the release. It clearly states that it has been sold to Langdon Ltd (management) Regarding a change of management, the CEO has only been in place for 18 months, so although the business appears to have underperformed it needs to be viewed in the context of the change of direction implemented.

Been in direct touch with the CEO and the financial PR people to arrange a results day catch up. Hoping to cement that today with a date, which will provide a welcome opportunity!

Just read through the prior RNS's re Langdon, ARR was quoted at > £800K.... How can you sell £800K ARR for £100K? It was also reported as profitable in 21. Simply cut 2 heads and you'd be break even. The RNS also says Spend data through customs doesn't lead to spend data opportunities !!! Madness.

Bought out of Admin for 40k, generating revenues of over 750k from loyal client base, reported as being profitable in 2021 and sold for 100k. How does this make any sense.

They sold it for 100k?!?! It was bought for 40 odd BEFORE brexit the biggest opportunity in the industry in decades and the end result was it running at a loss and selling for 100k. The mind boggles.

This is a very strange operation .. should have sold non core assets along time ago , spent alot on new platform ? .. giving away for little monetary value a contract .. goes on and on Why are management still in place Seems the old management did a great job ?? In myopinion
