Having bought a fair few of these shares over the years and with some experience in this space I fear the lack of news is a function of the company continuing to struggle. You cannot expect to replace the entire workforce and its DNA and expect to come out racing – it takes years to build teams and the necessary relationships in the market. As I said previously – I think the overhang of stock is not trivial and with the end of the tax year looming I think we will see more sellers. When we look at our portfolio of stocks we all know how a loser eats at one's conscious and the relief of just getting rid of it - “out of sight out of mind”. Given the levels of M&A activity in this sector, I don’t believe for a second that the Chairman has not been approached by at least a few acquirers. My concern is that he has a deluded perception of the value of the firm and has turned them down. I think what the board has done to this company is terrible.

£20m seems like reasonable sum, given all that has gone in to this over the years. (Just under 7* where we are now.)

Maybe there was more to the disposals of the bolt on businesses than we realise?

I've felt for sometime that RDT would be acquired, I'd be more than happy for that to come to fruition.

Perhaps RDT have a suitor? It is extremely frustrating when you feel, as a shareholder, that you're being totally ignored but sometimes silence is golden. I'll be adding more next week.

They obviously value their shareholders very highly.

Given his performance on buying shares to date, I wouldn't hold your breath.Additionally, the track record on updating shareholders has been nothing short of shocking. On a personal note, I received emails from the CEO and CFO stating they'd be happy to speak by arrangement with the more recently appointed PR people.I actually spoke with one of the PR team who also promised to set something up.Following the results release I heard nothing and my follow up emails were ignored and I've heard nothing since!

I agree with you although he was awarded some considerable options recently. Perhaps after any update or contract news he'll put his hand in his pocket.

I'd suggest the lag in reporting is down to very little consideration of shareholders. It would be nice to see the CEO actually buy some shares, particularly given such a paltry valuation!

I'm hoping that there are large sales in the pipeline and that is the reason for a lag in reporting. I bought a few more today. Happy to average down if there is a placing.

Another recent hire, Carina Hoogeveen, is also working for these people :

It would be good to think that there are cross-selling opportunities.

I see RDT have brought a new person into the fold (source via Twitter). Looks like a good hire from a well respected European software co.

I'm fairly sure RDT are quite busy at present. I've found certain snippets online which point to this. AIMHO.

Company will need to raise funds in the next 15 months so is critically dependent on new orders coming in

I see Mr Bottomley has quite a stake in Journeo amongst others and that one has performed well for him.One would assume this isn't a random punt and it'll be interesting to see who the shares have been acquired from. I wonder whether it could possibly be Cambridge based IQ Capital partners which was on board pre-IPO but began selling down soon after the float reducing its 15% stake.IQ has been winding down that fund in recent years, so it would be no surprise. The fund dropped just below 3% in September 2021 and could well have been dripping into the market since. If I am correct it can only be a positive and would explain why there hasn't been a corresponding RNS as the fund was under 3%. Of course I may well be right but it seems to make sense to me.

I bought my first 200k - it does look like a bargain. I like the way the recent options were structured. A good incentive for management.

Where did they get the 10 mill shares from ? Someone must declare the sale surely ? Who sold ?
