Doesn't look like anything is happening with Langdon sale either. You would have thought it would have flown off the shelf given the customs / brexit situation.

Well let us hope Gresham can get us a return.......

Revenues down (after expanding the sales force meaningfully), cash dwindling at a rapid pace - what's not to like?

Oh, and let's capitalise development expenditure - that will help pimp up the P&L.

Awful - simply awful.

The delays I can accept but its the silence from the company for all these months that has been poor.On the face of it I think they will do well as the update sounds positive but I really hope that Gresham gets involved with improving their communication. For example why was this not an RNS

" The Company has made a positive start to the current financial year to 30 April 2023 with two significant deals closed with financial institutions since 1 May 2022"

It has been in the past and it would have supported the shareprice and stopped investors leaving.

We know the story has been delayed here and that is reflected in the share price but the business is no write off and glad to see some contracts signed and positivity for the current year, keep up the dialogue management...!

Looks investable to me IMO. Loss making and cash burn plus a looming external recession. My caveat is I have no idea how to value Langdons or any other divestments.

Well we got our update, not sure how the market will react but at least there is something to build on.

Hastings - what do you think the value of the customs business is?

Paul Watts, CEO of Rosslyn Data Technologies, commented:

"I am pleased with the progress that has been made over this last year."

I am so glad he is pleased.

Awful - simply awful.

£2.4m according to the Cenkos note this morning. Looks like the customs business will be sold before long providing a boost.

I always get worried when there are a lot of nice words and few numbers. I can’t see an updated net cash position, anyone?

No need for a link just look the company up on Glassdoor. Seems to be a real mix of long term and short term employees. Alarms.

I am warming more to your theory hastings.Wonder if a potential sale has been the end game all along hence the loss of Mehta and Bullen.

I did see the glassdoor posts which if you listen to the Cenkos interview where he says he has replaced most of the leadership and more then its understandable you would get some pretty peeved off ex employees.Has he gone down the right path ...only time will tell.

Been following for a while. The glassdoor comments give me concern. was going to top up at this price as its on sale but lordy: " People forced to lie to give the impression things are all fine when in reality everything is on fire."

Agree with you both, plenty of value here from this level and I replied to their tweet this morning asking if there was any new contract news they could RNS to boost the share price. Don’t usually get an answer but I’m sure it would get passsed on.

I agree with your take riddlerone. The last Cenkos note from January forecast net cash to come in at £3.4m which still leaves them comfortable. Personally, expecting that to be lower, but would be surprised if it was less than £3m.But, as you point out, given the lack of news who knows. I noted on their blog via the Twitter feed a case study with De La Rue which was interesting Https://www.rosslyn.ai/our-insights/de-la-rue-sees-it-all-rosslyn. Not sure if this is a long standing customer or relatively new, who knows!Still believe the current price is ridiculously cheap and remain confident that it'll get taken out at a decent premium from here, but sadly, we'll below the real worth.

Harry have you got a short spreadbet on RDT or is it you are just a disgruntled ex employee. You are probably right about cash burn but by how much we just don't know.Even if they have won any new meaningful business we would not be told as going by the half year report they seem to have a policy in keeping everything quiet.

" We have won three major new deals during this period, including a large 7-figure contract with one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the world."

No RNS for any of this so who knows where we stand on new business.

Any company that has a news blackout faces the risk of the shareprice dropping as RDT has but that doesn't mean a "car crash" that is pure speculation on your part unless you have insider information which you have stated before that you have not.

The previous BOD needed replacing but whose bright idea was it to do so with the current absolute shower?
kemche

Market Cap now below 7 million, as predicted. Burning through cash reserves and failing to win meaningful new business. The management team obviously have no workable plan or strategy and are just staring wide-eyed at the oncoming 'car crash'. As none of the management team had any previous experience in running a business, never mind a plc, should we really be surprised.

No insider information. Just looking at the value of my shares and wondering how close to zero they have to get to before any the big shareholders do something. Thought 2p would be a good floor.
