03/4/2023 22:27 | Unfortunately, markets can make the wisest, very dim. The power of money and emotions combined. Nothing more powerful Drew, if I owned RR, my bias would agree with you too. I would simply want to 😂 | institutional investments
03/4/2023 22:05 | So one must wonder post the next crash, why ion earth would anyone touch entities really, bar trades? To wake each morning with the long term based upon one ceo? Or one contract won or lost? Or people wanting SMRs in a decade? Etf market is the only way Oddly enough, most etfs paid out as much as a best performing sector entity, but with risk -99% 😂 | institutional investments

03/4/2023 22:00 | They say broadly, in the long term, markets will pay. However this is wholly untrue on a per entity basis. Example the ftse 100 broke out of its 1999 high in 2015 or 2016 for a first time in circa 16 years But if you look at the change in constituents over that time, there are not many listed in the ftse 100 today v then So on the whole, historically, yes….long term , markets return to new highs at some stage. But the same philosophy given today, on an entity v a broad market etf basis, totally incorrect Anyway, RR is nearly a case in point even though still on the index | institutional investments
03/4/2023 21:53 | Ignorance is possibly to believe any outcome is not possible in market. I have clearly stated what would change my mind, and price. I have assessed and priced short risk Something bulls are unwilling to do, simply because they still want to talk about the long term at 39p, and never be wrong | institutional investments
03/4/2023 21:37 | Looking todays announcement the new CEO seems serious about making RR financially disciplined and profitable. Good aggressive appointments. Anyone who thinks that RR.is about to collapse is ignorant. Good to see Trumps brightly painted RR powered Dreamliner take off on the news tonight. He may be a chump but he has the right engines on his aircraft. | careful

03/4/2023 18:32 | sdt7618 - thanks. August 2026 is the critical time then for the SMR's. Funding will be sought during this Step 2 phase prior to Aug 2026. How? Tapping shareholders with a rights issue? Third-party involvement? I see the potential for RR to make serious money on this lying in the export of SMR's or possibly even the technical assistance (consultancy fees) charged for helping setup SMR's in other countries. Middle East seems an obvious choice. I do worry though about our government slowing things down and creating options to metaphorically 'wash their hands' should this all go pear-shaped. | mcunliffe1
