The RR work that they are getting from Government contracts is one of the main reasons buywell believes that when RR get into financial difficulties the UK Government will do a LLOY

So, I think it will take a massive drop for them to come back in, when it's "buy as seen". Something they hadn't need to do for 13 years

They woiud be slow to do that at best of times . Never mind the worst in each variable possible , to-date.

Not so much UK yet but getting there, we are seeing market reacting as if start of financial crisis, 2016 or covid
