Flying hours held up well and supported by increased freight. But lots of new business in other areas, that and the vaccine program will see RR to blue skies again aimvho

Singapore, Cathay, Air India,Air China and most Middle East airlines use Rolls Royce powered aircraft, all of which are still operating in and out of Heathrow. That's without Virgin and BA that are operating at a well reduced schedule.

The RR Trent is fitted to about 30% of Dreamliners. Also, that craft is designed for long haul. Re flights to Portugal. It can be used for short haul, as in internal flights in Japan, but the engines then require additional maintenance arrangements over and above the norm. So i understand. Not an expert.

Tui to use Dreamliners to Fly Holiday Makers to Portugal apparently,
as they need more capacity should help as they use the Trent 1000

I have just dipped my toe in again @£1.05 a modest number that didn't have any impact that warranted a call from Mr East asking what my intentions were.

Onwards & upwards, patience required, like with (RNO), which is clearly in an up trend channel

I personally think the risk is to the downside. Mkt cap of £8.7 billion is not cheap by any stretch of the imagination so for me the upside potential is far lower than the downside risk
