Its producing some 15000 bbls per day (or likely to be) and has some net asset backing - plus the Madagascar frontier stuff.
I think 230 million would be reasonable value market cap for such a company (if not cheap!) - even if everything came in dry?
Also they have now got 'operatorship level' (as opposed merely to partner) of block applications in Angola - which is an amazing achievement for a company of this size and worth something in itself!

Why 10%? Is that because it is sold down so far already? What would another duster or two do for the price?

I hold.

pb - got to admit if I had the cash for this - looks a great punt - downside drop of 10% but upside potential 180-250% return?

Best of luck mate!

good luck poo.
i'm sure you know that the current market isn't overly enthusiastic in rewarding success.
but , it's fanatical in punishing failure and there's 3 wells coming up!

Absolutely right drago.

These prices have not been seen for some while in respect of ROC and the drilling potential is huge.

I fail to understand why the share price has been knocked so much in Oz, however I can see what may have influenced such a downtrend, i.e. the reserves downgrade overall and in particular Zhoa Dong and then the last few drills that have failed to perform, but this is all on the back of record production and record price for oil.

Anyway, this is an ideal time for me to drop back in at a much reduced average than last time.

It will be if Angola flops..........

I thnk this is more to do with the overall Oz market right now, of course the double whammy occurs when they have a duster as seen with Lilac-1.

Someone has jumped out early today 20k at 88pence.
