The guy I'm conversing with that worked for Premier Oil, is certainly trying to put me off this investment. Hes told me these projects can just be canned at anytime .That's the reason the big players aren't playing, until there's much more certainty .Hes called Ruslan Zakirov and knows the game inside out .
