Indeed Fecm, I could if I wished, buy my 9 pence warrants,
and then cash them in immediately, for a £2.000 profit. All without changing my core holding.
In doing so I would both increase Rock shares in issue, and be a 'seller', depressing the share price
Some of this will be happening, and it's a reasonable option for 'free' cash.
My thoughts , I will keep the options in my back pocket,
and see how the very active Falklands oil province game plays out the next 15 months.

True, and there will be some who then sell their warrants. But that does not take away the fact that when rkh receive the award they will have more cash than the market cap. Possible 9p could be the new bottom until the award is received and then it will rerate. Rkh are in a very good position and there will be several re rates to happen, but as always it takes time. This is a several year investment and sensible investors will load up while the share price is still low. You could try trading it but you just don’t know when the next re rate will come and could end up missing out in the long run.

When a warrant is exercised, the company issues new shares, increasing the total number of shares outstanding, which has a dilutive effect.
I expect this may be a contributing factor to the slow decline in share price since OM award announcement. Hopefully there will be a steady flow of updates over the coming months to bring the share price value back up to true value. As always, a waiting game.

Share Price was 8.75p prior to arbitration - taking into account share price rise / market cap increase at current share price of 12.5p

Market Cap increase attributed to Arbitration Win is 12.5p - 8.75p = 3.75p

RKH Share of Arbitration win with a value of £168,162,129 being only attributed value of £21,825,950 at 12.5p share price or recovery of 12.98% assuming prior to legal victory RKH share price had zero value attributed for arbitration win.
