WE never said that the dilution was temporary! OUR post says the share price will drop temporarily whilst the warrants are being exercised. What also happens is that whilst the share price drops it provides a buying opportunity for any new investors or old who didn't take up the OO.

It's a win win for all involved including those that are taking profits being 100% up!

The dilution isn't temporary, the number of shares in issue increases permanently once exercised.

When someone exercises a warrant, however, the company issues more shares and then sells them to the warrant holder for the strike price. As the strike price is less than the market price of the stock, this dilutes the interest of the existing shareholders.Hence the share price will drop temporarily whilst the warrants are being exercised.

Don't know if this has been mentioned because I have about 80% of you on filter, but, if the Italians boxed clever they could let this drift for a month or so all the time accumulating cheap shares. Then pay up one morning and sell into the inevitable bounce recouping a nice proportion of the fine. Of course they might then face another investigation for insider dealing!!

You ain't seen nothing yet mate. No stopping the drop without news or money being paid. Even when money is paid no guarantee of getting back to 20p. Maybe boobed here ice. This dog now back at levels seen in March and yet we have a new "super clever Israeli partner" and a €200m payout. Ask yourself, how is this possible ? This lot will fk you over any chance they get. You heard it here. Just filth.

It's best to just leave them alone until the cash hits the bank and FID is confirmed. If you don't believe it then sell.If you don't hold and wait.You can get too clever .
