I have been in and out of RKH - sold prior to equity raise at 9p - bought back a sliver yesterday in the high 12s

Dirt cheap share and I will keep averaging in on and weakness.
14% of Share Price at 12.5p is current cash per my calcs with the residual GBP 62mn market cap accounting for RKH's Arbitration Award which I calculate RKH 80% share at GBP 168mn including interest.
So market cap only taking arbitration has recovery of 30% and Zero for Sea Lion..

Share Price 12.5
RKH Market Cap: £72,753,166
GBPUSD: 1.155
Equity Raise Proceeds: $10,400,000
30 April Cash Balance per Results: $3,400,000
Annual Costs $4,000,000
Extrapolated Current Cash Minus Half Year Running Expenses: $11,800,000
Cash % of Market Cap at share price of 12.5p: 14.04%
Market Cap Value Attributed To Arbitration Win and Sea Lion Project: £62,536,715
Arbitraton Amount 80% to RKH post Interest: £168,162,129

DON'T SHOOT THE MESSENGER --- JUST THOUGHT YOU MIGHT APPRECIATE THE HEADS UP !!!

Rumours currently doing the rounds in the City, is that the Republic of Italy (or probably more accurately the Italian Government) intend to either seek an annulment of the I.C.S.I.D ruling or will just flatly refuse to pay.

If Italy refuses to pay - plenty of Italian Assets to seize - straightforward process in arbitration win.. a matter of weeks to get the courts to execute...

Sensible thing for Italy will be to settle minus interest and save the additional 25% plus more if they drag this out...

Tomorrow the same logic will be used by Russia if Italy can just take-away rights of firms willy nilly... Italy has no legal leg...

There is probably a feeling that they have the high moral ground here and are standing up for the environment in the med. Lots of articles around about the support from locals and environmental groups when the ban was introduced.

A woman of principles lol ???She is the current favourite to be our next Prime Minister but Liz Truss hasn't always been such a staunch Tory. Throughout the current Conservative leadership race, the Foreign Secretary has faced numerous reminders of her student past, back when was a card-carrying Liberal Democrat. There was the footage of a fresh-faced Truss calling for the abolition of the monarchy at the 1994 party conference in front of a watching David Steel. There was the Newsnight package which showed her canvassing Brighton locals that same year. And there have been images of the-then Oxford University Lib Dem president protesting Michael Howard's Criminal Justice Bill to clamp down on raves that same year.
