Rockhopper have had to raise money because of the length of time this has taken.Anyone with any clue WHY it takes nearly 6 years to make a decision ????This should have been done and dusted years ago .It can't be that complex. It's b#llsh1tFACT

What is your objection? An extension was always a strong possibility. ICSID are indeed a law unto themselves. So is it not fair comment?Look on the bright side - if the Navitas deal completes in Q3 the balance of risk and reward could be significantly improved going into the OM decision.
