They will extend the decision for another 60 days now .I can't understand why they keep needing longer to decide .If the award is given tomorrow ,then that would be strange .The parties may agree to publish the award on ICSID's website. When an award is not made public by the parties, the Centre will publish excerpts of the award's legal reasoning (Arbitration Rule 48(4)). ICSID also publishes other material in the case with the parties' consent

I'm not saying they are holding the award.It hasn't been given by arbitration. Another f00king 60 days to decide .What the f/k for ??Why cant they decide whose won, after 5 and a half years ????How long does it f00king take ???It can't be that difficult a case .

EH ??The biggest load of b0ll0x that has ever been written ??Rule 46Preparation of the AwardThe award (including any individual or dissenting opinion) shall be drawn up and signed within 120 days after closure of the proceeding. The Tribunal may, however, extend this period by a further 60 days if it would otherwise be unable to draw up the award.
