Second guessing the I.C.S.I.D final decision of the Ombre Mar arbitration case is financial suicide.

There are no GUARANTEES that I.C.S.I.D will ultimately find in favour of Rockhopper Exploration PLC.

It may in fact find in favour of the Italian Government.


Remember NOBODY knows the final decision until it is released by I.C.S.I.D and anyone saying that they do, is lying.

Well the OM decision has to be within the next 20 days ,unless the @rseholes delay it further by another 60 .Unlikely ,as they have had f00king over 5 years to make a decision already lol.It's not that they are 3000 dollars a day ,why they have strung it out???

Navitas have a good reputation for getting this sort of thing done. Oil prices are high and likely to remain so (breakeven oil price for Sea Lion field is $40/bbl). There is estimated to be 250 million barrels of oil in the main Sea Lion field and probably double that in the immediate surrounding fields. In addition they have discoveries at Isobel/Elaine that could be developed at the next stage. RKH have 35% Navitas have 65%.RKH are waiting for imminent announcement of a settlement in the Ombrina Mare dispute with the Italian Government which may be announced in next 20 days (or 80 days in worst case). Could be worth between $50 and $200 million to RKH. RKH currently valued at £47 million. Cash flow okay after a recent money raise. First oil possibly 3-5 years I'd say. In my opinion bearing in mind all the above 8p is dirt cheap! However as always DYOR and don't invest money you cannot afford to lose!

So taking the Rockhopper share price at say, 7.5p each

Samuel Moody only holds 2,570,729 RKH shares..... worth just £192,804

compare that, with Samuel Moody's basic Rockhopper salary of £341,000 per year

and we drew this conclusion:

Samuel Moody actually takes MORE MONEY OUT OF ROCKHOPPER EVERY YEAR, than he has invested in ROCKHOPPER.



Then we started looking at Samuel Moody's Share Option entitlements in Rockhopper and this too makes very enlighten reading as the table below summarises the RKH share options that he granted to himself.

19 May 2020 granted options over 1,691,048 shares with execise price of 1.00p in May 2021
19 May 2020 granted options over 3,166,666 shares with execise price of 6.25p in May 2023
19 May 2020 granted options over 3,166,667 shares with execise price of 6.25p in May 2024
19 May 2020 granted options over 3,166,667 shares with execise price of 6.25p in May 2025

and we drew this conclusion:

Wouldn't these share options be quite an incentive to spend EVERY SINGLE DAY on message boards like ADVFN and LSE trying to "talk up" the Rockhopper share price, for PERSONAL FINANCIAL GAIN and to feather their own nest.

I wonder what the London Stock Exchange and the Financial Conduct Authority will make of it all ??
